My technician Matt was professional, smart, and I felt as if he had my best interests as a customer at heart. Anecdotally he's a super nice guy and I felt very comfortable with him in my house. I'm a novice home owner and to garage door openers and I felt educated about my system and what needed to get done to fix the issue. 10/10 would recommend Precision, Matt and the team.

Greeted professionally and courteously from the first person who answered my call and swiftly scheduled my service! Received confirmation and communication about what to expect AND was informed with not only the name of the tech But a friendly bio. Tyler arrived timely and was careful to listen and learn about what my needs were. Tyler was patient answering my questions and once I made the decision, Tyler set about getting to work! Tyler was thorough- left no mess and remained pleasant throughout the install and reviewed everything after the install. I am impressed with Precision and already shared my positive experience with my employer and a couple of coworkers. Thank you - customer centric service is often rare these days! Much appreciated! I called Precision Doors because a spring broke on our Craftsman(Sears) garage door opener. Jesse came out the following morning (exactly when expected). He explained the issue(s) which wasn't just a broken spring (the previous owner apparently used WD40 on the rollers which is a no-no and the cables were not the correct safety cables). He was amazed that it had lasted this long without an issue. Jesse was very professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything to me. He replaced all the old hardware/rollers/cables, etc. and the door opens/closes much smoother and quieter than it had been, not to mention how much more professional it looks now!! I would highly recommend Precision Doors and particularly Jesse!!

very well run biz is my thinking. as I needed help after the recent blackout that rendered my garage door inoperable,because I was unable to reconnect the door opener to the door and couldn't manually lift the door open.I made request for service online and received telephone call from this service fairly fast and made appointment which was confirmed by email very fast also.on the afternoon of the appointment the technician assigned to me Jared Wentzel called me to give me approximate time to when he could work on my door and called me again later while driving on his way to my house.Jared quickly identified the problem and solved it but also explained what had gone wrong and educated me as to how I could deal with such problem with the particular door involved as well as with my 2nd working garage door.he was professional,respectful and pleasant in dealing with me and inspected the condition and operation of both doors then printed my bill on his mobile computer only charging me the minimum which was for the service call.I am impressed and recommend both precision door service and Jared Wentzel and will seek their help again with any problems to do with garage doors and openers

Honestly we chose Precision because the company that installed our overhead doors in the first place would not call us back after a couple times of calling them. So I went online and saw Precision. Our expert mechanic Matt was very kind, knowledgeable and quick. Anyone! Please do not hesitate to call this company for your needs.
