My garage door wouldn't open, so I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service after looking for a company in Google. The website was extremely helpful. I got an appointment 4 hours before scheduled which was great for me. Tyler, the serviceman was professional, polite knowledgeable and quick. After he finished, I was overwhelmingly satisfied. Our belt broke on our lift master garage door that was quite old. Precision's tech Robert Zuniga was super professional and extremely helpful. He quickly gave me pricing options and explained the benefits and costs of each choice. He assisted with other garage door issues we were experiencing at no additional cost. He did a quick job with the new installation and removed the old equipment saving me the hassle. Precision is very tech enabled with their service updates by text and made the entire experience very easy.

Last week I had the pleasure of meeting Ferdinand. The whole process was so smooth. I called for an appointment on Tuesday and Ferdinand came promptly on Saturday. He did all the work in no time. I was extremally happy. So happy that i just scheduled to come back to do work on my pother garage door.

Their office was very accurate in giving us the ETA of the techinician. The garage door technician (Orentino Bugallo) that installed our new motor is very honest, respectful & very accomodating on answering our questions. Precision's website gave me a feeling that it was a professional outfit. It showed that the company has seriousness to it, more meat than the meat-color. My door problems were diagnosed to be due to bad pulleys and rollers. While I accepted that but I rejected the sparse three month warranty on the installation. After discussion the company gave me the desired one year warranty. Jared was professional. Let's see how the work holds. I recommend that the company give at least one year warranty on all parts.

Everyone I have dealt with has been very professional from the salesperson who originally came to my house for the estimate, to the technicians who installed the doors, to the office staff. I had a glitch with one of the doors after installation and the response to address it was done very quickly. The Branch Manager came out and took care of it himself. Quality product and company!
