Extremely responsive, accommodative and excellent service. I am so glad I chose them (based on their positive reviews here). I called them for same day service late in the day and they still accommodated me. They even sent me the name and short description of the person who will be coming! My garage door spring broke. Called up Precision and got an appointment the next day. Luke from Precision showed up and inspected and gave us the proper recommendation for repair. Luke was equipped with all the parts to do the repair. I am very pleased with his performance and the job he did on my garage doors. We chose Precision because they had such good customer reviews. They scheduled our visit quickly at our convenience. We have a 2 car garage but only had 1 garage door opener (that was 19 years old). Prices were reasonable including installation so we decided to purchase 2 belt drive units and they are much more quiet than our previous unit and working out great. I would recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.

I just had my garage door repaired by Precision doors and the service was great. The technician was very professional, he went over all the parts and explained what should be done. All of the hardware was replaced, the technician explained everything that was done and adjusted the door opener. The door works great, you can hardly hear it when it is used. What a great job, the technician was fantastic very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.
