We had the pleasure of working with technician Matt. He was upfront on his arrival time and came within the window of time given. Upon arriving, Matt was friendly and engaging. He was knowledgeable on the products offered and answered all my questions in an honest fashion. The appointment was completed in a timely manner. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. I could not be more pleased with Precision. They kept me informed from the time I ordered until it arrived and set up the appt.to install. The installers called me 3/4 hr ahead and showed up right on time. They were very polite, efficient and business like. They had to remove the old wooden door and install all new parts for the new one. They were done in 2 hours and called me to check the work; all was perfect.

Dan the installer was excellent, he did a great job on the installation of the opener, and replacement of the springs, rollers and associated cables. The opener works great and is very quiet.
