Making an appointment was an easy process- and since it was “an emergency “ I am grateful they were able to accommodate me quickly. Our technician, Luke , arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue we were having with the garage opener. He was very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the opener and was courteous and professional throughout. He was very helpful too in setting up our vehicles with the garage door remote access . We are always very happy with the service that Precision offers and are happy to recommend them to any one needing garage door repair.

Vince DiGerolamo did a rebuild on my garage door. I was very happy with the service. Vincent called to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time, explained the work needed and various options. Vincent also noticed and repaired damage to my door that I had not noticed myself. I felt the pricing was fair, and I would be happy to call on Precision again for service in the future.
