Our technician, Kilian McKnight, arrived on time and was very courteous. He installed a new garage door opener for us, and answered all our questions about its operation. Brian arrived quickly after my call to PD to report the issue I had with my door opener. He replaced the defective device that was under warranty, checked all my opening devices and repaired a minor issue my lock (caused by a potential break in attempt) and serviced the door to ensure it was working perfectly. Brian contacted me prior to his arrival and let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he was friendly and patient, taking time to explain what he would be doing.
