This was a bad week for me. First, the quick passing storm (likely a mini-tornado) demolished numerous VERY large trees on my property. A few days later, unrelated to the storm, my garage door failed. The people at the first company I spoke with seemed rather inexperienced, and wanted several days to order the parts. Then I contacted Precision. They are very professional and knowledgeable. The tech Jesse P is great. He quickly understood the problem, and gave me options on the service to be done, even correcting an issue from a previous door company years ago. All the parts were with him, and he completed the job within a couple of hours. Everything is working properly now.

Inspection to determine why my garage door is not working Isaac Ward was phenomenal. He showed up on time with advanced warning so I could prep. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. He was thoughtful in his recommendations. I will need to check with an electrician and then make a determination from there.
