At 80 years old, I needed garage door opener for my 2 car garage. I called Precision Door, and their technician Kyle Eighmie gave me 3 options for an opener. I selected the one that best met my needs and budget... a Liftmaster jackshaft model. Kyle had everything needed on his truck, and within a few hours the unit was installed and working flawlessly! Ive used Precision Garage in two of the houses that I have lived and they are always courteous, professional, helpful and reliable. They have a beautiful selection of garage doors too. Today Kyle Eighmie came to look over my 2 garage door openers which were installed 13 years ago. He took the time to inspect the openers along with the doors and the entire framing. He explained how everything worked. Then he explained what was needed to improve the operation of both systems. Took him about 2 hours to change the pulleys and install a new keypad along with a few other things he repaired. Overall an amazing experience. Kyle was knowledgeable friendly and a professional technician who clearly knows garage doors and openers. So glad I called and even happier it was Kyle that showed up. I would highly recommend this company.

The spring broke on one of our garage doors, heard a loud bang and saw cables all over the place. I booked an appointment late that night and was given an appointment the next afternoon. I managed to accidentally back into the garage door while moving a trash bin in the garage. A slight bump but a definite realization that it would need a look at and a repair or replacement. I called Precision to repair a snapped cable (they worked on a different door some time back). They sent Kyle out the next day to do the repair. He found a few other parts that were way over end of life. Kyle gave me three options of repair to choose from. I was never pressured to choose one over the other, rather I was educated about each option, which was a pleasure and very much appreciated. Kyle then went ahead with my approved option. He was professional, courteous and personable. Within 45 minutes Kyle completed the repair. He then methodically and carefully checked all the work he had done. I had a new garage door opener installed by PGD about 1.5 years ago. A couple of days ago, the door wouldn't go down. I called and a tech was at my home to fix w/in a day. They actually offered to come earlier but i couldn't be home during that time. Less than an hour he tightened some things up and was done! And at no charge. These days it's so rare to experience good customer service but PGD does just that both when installing and a quick adjustment. Thank you
