My experience was refreshing, Rob was professional and very proficient in his profession. Estimate was done in minutes of evaluating the problem and performed within the timeframe given. Estimate was slightly higher than anticipated.

I had an excellent experience with your technician Kyle his professionalism was obvious, and he was very personable and attended to any questions I had he gave me options. Did not try to push me into any one of those options, but explain them in such a way that I was able to make what turned out to be the perfect answer for my issue. I had nothing negative to say I was very pleased.

Service was incredibly prompt and went as scheduled. Communication was excellent. Kyle, the tech, was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the options and the pros & cons of each. Workmanship seems excellent. Happy to have a reliable garage door again. I do feel the pricing of the supplies used - springs, cable and pulleys - was high. While I’m happy with the service I do feel it was a bit overpriced.

At 80 years old, I needed garage door opener for my 2 car garage. I called Precision Door, and their technician Kyle Eighmie gave me 3 options for an opener. I selected the one that best met my needs and budget... a Liftmaster jackshaft model. Kyle had everything needed on his truck, and within a few hours the unit was installed and working flawlessly! It's loaded with great features, and is so quiet you can barely hear it run. I highly recommend Kyle and Precision Door... great job! Thank you.

Ive used Precision Garage in two of the houses that I have lived and they are always courteous, professional, helpful and reliable. They have a beautiful selection of garage doors too. Today Kyle Eighmie came to look over my 2 garage door openers which were installed 13 years ago. He took the time to inspect the openers along with the doors and the entire framing. He explained how everything worked. Then he explained what was needed to improve the operation of both systems. Took him about 2 hours to change the pulleys and install a new keypad along with a few other things he repaired. Overall an amazing experience. Kyle was knowledgeable friendly and a professional technician who clearly knows garage doors and openers. So glad I called and even happier it was Kyle that showed up. I would highly recommend this company.

The spring broke on one of our garage doors, heard a loud bang and saw cables all over the place. I booked an appointment late that night and was given an appointment the next afternoon. Kyle, the service tech was very pleasant and professional and did a great job on the repair. He stayed until 6:30 PM to finish the job which was much appreciated. I heard about your franchise from the Albany TV commercials. I am very happy with the response and the repair and will definitely use you guys again. Thank you, Kevin B. Kingston NY

Kyle was very professional, patient and pleasant to work with. He was able to advise us on what was needed to have a successful service call. I have recommended that my Sister call to make a service request and to ask specifically for Kyle. I’m happy with our interaction and I thank Precision for sending him to our house.

SERVICE/GENERAL MAINTENANCE ON GARAGE DOORS: Kyle was on time, professional and communicated well. After tuning up the garage doors, he explained his finding from his inspection and pro-actively provided us with estimates for potential services and parts we may require in the future. The company itself was easy to correspond with every time we had to contact them.

I managed to accidentally back into the garage door while moving a trash bin in the garage. A slight bump but a definite realization that it would need a look at and a repair or replacement. I went searching for garage door repair and the locale where I live and saw the website, looked at the ratings, looked at the people and booked well after midnight. I was happy to see the opening time slot. Both the manager and the technician were amazing. If you ever, ever, ever do something as dumb as I did and accidentally damage the garage door or if you run into damage like a burned out motor or spring or anything as they describe, book them to come out and offer their advice. You won't regret the experience. Infinite professionalism, infinite patience, infinite understanding of the circumstances. Kyle was his name and as his work profile states, he takes great pride in his respect for others and his strong work ethic. And as stated, Quick response, Local, BBB rated.

Kyle arrived at the appointed time. Very professional, pleasant and helpful with the tune-up. Kyle also fully explained all of my options, and was patient with my questions. He provided excellent service and knows the business. I would highly recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends and will continue to call this business for all future servicing of my garage doors. Thank you so much! Please not tune-up was not an option on the list so I chose repair in order to complete the review.
