We needed garage door openers in a tight space. The team was prompt, courteous, and transparent about the work that they were doing. We opted to have them change out some older parts as well. They did a great job and we are very happy with how it turned out.

I was not only told when and who would be coming to my home, but I also received a text with a photo and a map to track the technician AND he called to let me know he was on the way. Kyle was great. Started to troubleshoot the issues we were having with our door opener before even trying to sell me a new one. Explained all the issues and went over all our options. My garage door broke in the morning in Sept. 22, 2025. One of the springs busted so I called Precision and Kyle came that same afternoon and fixed the garage door. The company kept me informed by texts to let me know when he would get to fix my door and was on his way. Kyle came that same day at about 02:00 PM and was done in about one and a half hours.
