Kyle did such a great job tuning up my garage door. He also changed the springs and keypad that I’ve had for years. He was very good about explaining the job before he started. I was also very pleased that he made sure everything worked before he left. I will definitely be calling Precision for any garage door problems.

I called Precision to repair a snapped cable (they worked on a different door some time back). They sent Kyle out the next day to do the repair. He found a few other parts that were way over end of life. Kyle gave me three options of repair to choose from. Kyle looked at my problem door opener which was pulling away from wall, and gave me 3 options. We went with repair and tune up and he secured door, and tightened everything on both doors and lubricated both in about an hour. The door is secure and much quieter. Very happy. And I learned how to lubricate going forward.

Kyle came to my house to refurbish my garage door mechanisms from the 1960's. I had springs that were wore out and one that had stretched and coils were extended. In a very short time he replaced the 2 springs and 10 rollers. He pretty much gave me a "new" garage door system I was very pleased with is work..quick, professional and very satisfactorily functional.
