I managed to accidentally back into the garage door while moving a trash bin in the garage. A slight bump but a definite realization that it would need a look at and a repair or replacement. I called Precision to repair a snapped cable (they worked on a different door some time back). They sent Kyle out the next day to do the repair. He found a few other parts that were way over end of life. Kyle gave me three options of repair to choose from. I had a new garage door opener installed by PGD about 1.5 years ago. A couple of days ago, the door wouldn't go down. I called and a tech was at my home to fix w/in a day. They actually offered to come earlier but i couldn't be home during that time. Less than an hour he tightened some things up and was done! And at no charge. Kyle looked at my problem door opener which was pulling away from wall, and gave me 3 options. We went with repair and tune up and he secured door, and tightened everything on both doors and lubricated both in about an hour. The door is secure and much quieter. Very happy. And I learned how to lubricate going forward.

Kyle came to my house to refurbish my garage door mechanisms from the 1960's. I had springs that were wore out and one that had stretched and coils were extended. In a very short time he replaced the 2 springs and 10 rollers. He pretty much gave me a "new" garage door system I was very pleased with is work..quick, professional and very satisfactorily functional.
