My technician Kyle did a fantastic job repairing my garage door system. No more rattling and partial openings and closings. It is almost like brand new again. i certainly didn't expect he would be able to repair it in one day before he had even seen it ! I am more than pleased with the work. Excellent service and skill! I was surprised that I got an appointment on the same day that I called to ask for an estimate. I was not only told when and who would be coming to my home, but I also received a text with a photo and a map to track the technician AND he called to let me know he was on the way. Now, this young man was very polite and friendly and exceptionally good at communicating all issues. I also received 3 estimates and clear, concise explanations for each one. My garage door broke in the morning in Sept. 22, 2025. One of the springs busted so I called Precision and Kyle came that same afternoon and fixed the garage door. The company kept me informed by texts to let me know when he would get to fix my door and was on his way. Kyle came that same day at about 02:00 PM and was done in about one and a half hours.
