Phenomenal! An extension spring snapped on an antiquated system that needed to replaced. The website user interface was intuitive and easy to set up an appointment. Communications via texts and emails were timely and beneficial throughout the process. Jesse arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment with an energetic can do attitude and quickly assessed our garage door system and presented options at reasonable prices to move forward. Once we agreed on next steps, Jesse replaced the old hardware with new upgrade ones with quality workmanship in a short duration of time. I managed to accidentally back into the garage door while moving a trash bin in the garage. A slight bump but a definite realization that it would need a look at and a repair or replacement. Precision Garage Door installer Daniel Flores arrived at our house this morning - on time as scheduled . . . and he replaced the defective Garage Door Opener - which was installed 40 years ago when our house was built. He had a replacement Garage Door Opener and was able to install it within two hours. GREAT JOB!!! I personally had thought that it wouldn't be done until sometime next week. . . .
