We were very impressed with Precision Overhead Garage Door service starting with the very first step with an appointment with their Door Designer, Michael Pleu. Our garage door opener failed early this summer so we researched companies and chose Precision to provide us with an estimate. We decided to give them our business right away without getting any other estimates because of the prompt, courteous and professionalism he displayed. We also decided to replace our 27 year old garage door since we had been discussing doing so before the failure of the GDO. Good price and great service!

Let me say when we needed to replace our garage doors we did some research to find the best company. There were a few to choose from. We chose Precision Garage Door Service based on the vast amount of positive reviews we read. Another reason was they were local company. I must say we were not disappointed. They are extremely professional from start to finish. There business model and customer service should be commended. From the initial phone contact to set up the appointment to having their door designer Michael arriving at our residence to provide the replacement estimate to Anthony and Kyle handling the installation. Not too mention their staff that send the updates, makes the phone calls and follow up during every step. A lot of thought was put into making sure we were totally satisfied. Anthony did a great job fixing a new garage door another company endlessly came out to “fix”. The door wouldn't go all the way up, not down and tire off an antenna, the roller kept falling off finally making me unable to even open it or get my car out. He called 2 other guys that work for precision to make as most of an informed decision with their advice as possible and he fixed it, then added rubber on the bottom to make it look great. I'm disgusted with the other company and not clear how they were so impotent to install and fix their own doors, but precision did it and they were all really nice and respectful to the property also, cleaning up any messes made while doing the repair.
