I was very pleased with the work done by Dan to replace the springs and pulleys on one of my garage doors. He was both courteous and efficient with the work we agreed to have him do. We also discussed other possible items that could be done and I opted not to do them. When his work was done he came to me to review what was done and determine if I was satisfied, which I was.

This review is for Isaac Ward of Precision Garage Door ( Dutchess County NY); wow! What wonderful service I received today from Isaac. He called ahead to confirm his arrival and was respectful of my property. Isaac was professional in appearance and demeanor and thoughtful in his recommendations. At issue may be electrical, but if not, I will definitely be requesting Isaac to install a new system. Also noteworthy is the great communication from the scheduling and administrative office! Great job, one and all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Isaac arrived on time and was polite and courteous. After inspecting my garage door, he very clearly explained all my options and helped me pick a service package which best fit my needs. Isaac was clean and organized in every step of the procedure. I liked the service so much that i booked another appointment for my other garage door!

My experience was a good one. Daniel was professional and polite and took the time to explain everything to me. Daniel changed both springs, cables and pulleys very quickly and I have no issues with the door now. Works perfectly. Precision customer service is also good i called and they set me up with a appointment and fix the garage door issue same day.

Jesse arrived on time as scheduled. He quickly listened to our current issues and made a couple of proposals in different price ranges to meet our needs. He explained the proposals very well and answered my questions. I chose the options I wanted to have installed, and he quickly got to work to complete the install. He was quick, efficient, neat, and kept me informed of progress. I am very pleased with the quality of the installation and in Jesse's professionalism. I highly recommend Jesse for any garage door work you need to have done.

Malik and Paul were top professionals. They removed the old garage doors and installed the new ones lickity split. The cleaned up immaculately and even took the old doors with them. I can’t recommend Precision high enough.

So glad I chose Precision to fix broken springs and replace my old , noisy chain garage door opener! The prompt and courteous attention to my phone request was much appreciated. From the moment Matt L arrived,assessed the entire door condition,and explained several choices to resolve my concerns,I was impressed with his technical understanding and attention to detail.( I am a retired machinist ) My wife did not believe the door was running over my speakerphone call, truly exceeding our expectations !Matt L is a great asset to Precision,the best in the business I have seen.I will always use and recommend Precision THANK YOU

Highly recommend them. Cera who answered the phone was very attentive to my problem and I was pleasantly surprised that I got a Sunday morning appointment when calling Saturday. It was not a emergency but still not many companies offer Sunday service. Tyler the technician was prompt courteous and professional. Explained everything that would be done. Couldn’t ask for a better experience

With 24/7 service i called first thing on a Sunday morning and there was a technician at my home by noon. The technician Jesse was kind and curtious. He had my garage door fixed within an hour.
