I was very pleased with the work done by Dan to replace the springs and pulleys on one of my garage doors. He was both courteous and efficient with the work we agreed to have him do. We also discussed other possible items that could be done and I opted not to do them. When his work was done he came to me to review what was done and determine if I was satisfied, which I was.

This review is for Isaac Ward of Precision Garage Door ( Dutchess County NY); wow! What wonderful service I received today from Isaac. He called ahead to confirm his arrival and was respectful of my property. Isaac was professional in appearance and demeanor and thoughtful in his recommendations. At issue may be electrical, but if not, I will definitely be requesting Isaac to install a new system. Also noteworthy is the great communication from the scheduling and administrative office! Great job, one and all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

My experience was a good one. Daniel was professional and polite and took the time to explain everything to me. Daniel changed both springs, cables and pulleys very quickly and I have no issues with the door now. Works perfectly. Precision customer service is also good i called and they set me up with a appointment and fix the garage door issue same day.

Jesse arrived on time as scheduled. He quickly listened to our current issues and made a couple of proposals in different price ranges to meet our needs. He explained the proposals very well and answered my questions. I chose the options I wanted to have installed, and he quickly got to work to complete the install. He was quick, efficient, neat, and kept me informed of progress. I am very pleased with the quality of the installation and in Jesse's professionalism. Highly recommend them. Cera who answered the phone was very attentive to my problem and I was pleasantly surprised that I got a Sunday morning appointment when calling Saturday. It was not a emergency but still not many companies offer Sunday service. Tyler the technician was prompt courteous and professional. Explained everything that would be done.
