I am very grateful that Isaac from Precision was able to help me. The garage door remote and key pad that I inherited from my new condo's previous owner did not work. Quite the pickle. Isaac arrived on time, knew his stuff and replaced my remote and keypad to restore my non-functioning garage door to functioning beautifully.

I had an issue with my garage door opener and I called them to troubleshoot it. Instead I had someone come to the house to check it. Isaac was polite, friendly and informative. He took his time to explain what happened. It was a quick fix but nevertheless somebody took time to come and fix the problem. Definitely good customer service.

Isaac kept me updated on his arrival time and arrived within an hour of my contacting Precision. Isaac was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Isaac listened to my concerns, checked my garage door and updated me periodically. He replaced the bottom seal on my garage door and checked to make sure the door was working smoothly and all of the safety features were functioning. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door

Issac made us feel welcome in our own home, and he helped us understand everything for the decision process. From breaking down each part that he was going to replace to showing us how he was going to do it, it felt like a lighter load off our shoulders. 10/10 review! Our technician Isaac was excellent from the first outreach through completion of the service. Having a few rough estimates from other service providers, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Precisions outreach was clear through the entire process from the initial scheduling through the day of service. He clearly articulated his recommendations and built out a tiered service plan that fit my budget. He did a great job educating me in regards to how to make the best selection and kept me informed through the job. Our garage is now fixed, the cost of the repair was easily justified and we can rest assured that we received quality service. Thank you!
