Precision's Customer Service is outstanding. Our garage door broke on a Sunday night. I contacted them at 8 a.m. on Monday and a tech was there by 11:15. Issac,the tech,was great. Since it wasn't the simple fix we thought, on our over 20 year old garage door, he explained everything thoroughly and gave us 4 estimates to consider,explaining each in detail. As we proceed with the motor replacement my husband, who is a mechanic, is confident that the estimate of the job is fair and trusts the expertise of the Precision techs.

Excellent service! It was easy to book an appointment from the company website. Within minutes of booking my appointment for service, Isaac contacted me and let me know what time he would be arriving. I wish to thank Precision for sending Isaac to my home for door remote repair. He thoroughly went thru the possible causes for the problem and when that was not fruitful, he had to replace the door opener, etc.. So happy to have a new door opener after so many years. Isaac was prompt, very knowledgeable, knew his stuff and is a cleanup specialist. He is an asset to your business and much appreciated by my wife and I.
