Needed professional garage door service today, so the hunt began. Looking through the website, Precision had excellent reviews, so I gave them a call. Phone assistance was excellent & scheduled an appointment same day, today. I was told who would be arriving & what time. I then received a call from Brian B. with his exact time. Upon his promt arrival he was nothing less than a 5 star. He was courteous, kind, thoughtful & professional. We were given different options to fit our needs. Brian did an excellent job. The name of the company Precision fits Brian personally. He is definitely an honorable & kind man. It's rare today to find a service were you actually feel comfortable & trust with that person. Brian is that person. Overall, great experience & recommend!

The new doors we had installed look great. The install was very professionally done. The installer was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to answer our questions and offered advice on how to keep the doors trouble free. The doors actually came faster than expected which was a plus. The garage door openers are really quiet and work well.

Wonderful service! I heard from someone within 15 minutes of scheduling an appointment and he (Kyle) showed up15 minutes later, figured out what the problem was and gave me several options to resolve it. I have never had anything done at my house so quickly and efficiently--both Kyle and Precision exceeded my expectations and I am one happy camper!
