Kyle looked at my problem door opener which was pulling away from wall, and gave me 3 options. We went with repair and tune up and he secured door, and tightened everything on both doors and lubricated both in about an hour. The door is secure and much quieter. Very happy. And I learned how to lubricate going forward.

I am an existing customer and always extremely satisfied with their work. Yesterday my 26 year old garage door opener stopped working. You were able to scheduled an appointment for this morning. Luke, the Technician said that the motor needed to be replaced. He gave me the 3 options available, explaining every feature, function, etc. There was absolutely no sales pressure, only offering the best option for my needs. Luke not only replaced the motor, he inspected all the pulleys, springs, cables and other parts of both garage doors, not just the one that needed attention. Thankfully they are in great condition. The whole process was super easy from start to finish. I made an appointment online, the company communicated quickly and clearly ....Dan showed up and he got the job done. He event took some extra time to clean up some of the wires and cables that just looked a mess (those wires and cables had nothing to do with this job, he just took it upon himself to neaten it up!)

First, Isaac is amazing. Polite, funny and knows his stuff. Explained and showed me everything that happened to my garage door after I hit it with my car. He showed up less than an hour after I called. Had everything he needed to fix the door in his truck. All I really cared about was getting the door down so I could feel safe. Kyle came to my house to refurbish my garage door mechanisms from the 1960's. I had springs that were wore out and one that had stretched and coils were extended. In a very short time he replaced the 2 springs and 10 rollers. He pretty much gave me a "new" garage door system I was very pleased with is work..quick, professional and very satisfactorily functional.

We needed a new garage door opener installed quickly and properly - and that's exactly what we got from Charlie Baldissard at Precision. He came to our home to install the openers we had purchased and - within a couple of hours - completed the job. He was great at explaining what he was doing and why, and went about his business professionally. He did not try to sell us things we didn't need, pointing out that a lot of the existing hardware was still in good condition. We would recommend the service overall and Charlie in particular

Kyle (repairman) came out next morning (on a Sunday and in freezing cold temps) with several options to repair the door and upgrade it. I cannot say enough great things about this experience. Kyle did an excellent job.arrived on time and went the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Only negative, I thought the price for a new garage outside keypad for over three hundred dollars was tooooo expensive and Improbably could had done better of if I researched the job.This is no reflection on Kyle. He was top notch!!!!!!!!
