Daniel's work and knowledge of his craft were superb. Kind and polite, he set to work sorting out the problem with my garage door system. He installed a new motor and associated parts quickly and professionally. Would 100% recommend Daniel for any of your garage door needs. My only complaint (not with Daniel) is with the exterior keypad that came with my package. It does not have a cover, which in the winter may cause complications as it will be exposed to the elements. It will be especially concerning during the winter months.

Really pleasant people to deal with. Right from making a call to setup appointment and to the tech showing up to help me determine what I needed. Their tech, Isaac, was very professional and courteous. Explained everything he was doing, how each of the models of openers worked and the best way to mount the opener. Kyle was great. Started to troubleshoot the issues we were having with our door opener before even trying to sell me a new one. Explained all the issues and went over all our options. Ended up going with a new opener since ours was way past its prime. Kyle was quick and efficient and very professional. Highly recommend!

Called first thing in the morning, Jesse was here by 10:30. Replaced the springs, cables and pulleys, as well as the garage door opener, and was finished within two hours. Great guy- friendly, helpful, professional. Would highly recommend Jesse and Precision!
