Daniel F. from Precision Garage Door Service is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Daniel arrived promptly, assessed our old wooden garage door, and provided us with options for a garage door opener. Once we chose the best option, Daniel immediately began installing the garage door opener and along the way he explained the function and maintenance of each part. Daniel also recognized safety hazards with our old springs and cables and provided us with safer options. While Daniel was testing our newly installed garage door opener, he discovered one of our original tracks was out of alignment, and then quickly fixed the problem with a permanent solution. Daniel's ingenuity and expertise is invaluable, especially since he is so kind and professional. This was the second time I called Precision Overhead Garage Door but for a different issue. I called this morning around 8:30 AM and Jesse arrived around 10:30 AM. He answered all of my questions and was done by 11:00 AM. Very professional and courtious. I will contibue to use their them again if needed.

Jesse arrived on time (early), made a point to understand what the issue was, and communicated the steps he would take to diagnose the problem. After each step, he updated to me on his findings and made his recommendation for the next step, after clearly explaining why. All in all my garage door was repaired and up and running quickly. He helped me reprogram my WIFI enabled garage door too. He was friendly, courteous, and professional.
