I had a new garage door opener installed by PGD about 1.5 years ago. A couple of days ago, the door wouldn't go down. I called and a tech was at my home to fix w/in a day. They actually offered to come earlier but i couldn't be home during that time. Less than an hour he tightened some things up and was done! And at no charge. These days it's so rare to experience good customer service but PGD does just that both when installing and a quick adjustment. Thank you

Jesse turned a terrible morning into a fine morning. Hes an absolute gem and deserves whatever is required to keep him at this company. My CS experience was a 10/10 My labor quality experience was 10/10 My personal opinion is 10/10 My professionalism score for Jesse is 10/10 If the rest of this company is like Jesse, then they also get a 10/10. If theyre not like Jesse, wtf, why not? My day started very poorly finding my garage door stuck open overnight, Jesse flipped my emotional response 10 mins after arrival through his customer service and technical knowledge. In conclusion, yadayadayada I'm very happy and give Jesse a raise.

Dan responded timely and examined my door to see what was causing the issue. He noticed that I needed new cables and pulleys as well as new rollers. He explained the price quotes and as soon as I agreed to the work, he started the repairs. He was finished quickly and answered any and all questions we had and the doors now work properly.

I had a garage door that would not close as its motor completely gave out after 26 years. I called the office and within an hour Luke showed up and changed out the motor. He also fixed the remote control in another garage door we have by using parts from the burned out motor....at no charge! All in all an excellent visit from Precision!

I had an excellent experience with Precision. From my initial call to ask for a consultation and get a professional opinion on my concerns, through the end result, I was so impressed with all aspects of this company. Within one day of calling, I had an appointment for the following morning. Daniel came out and checked out my old garage doors and listened to my concerns. He gave me sound advice and several options to address the problems. He was never pushy and always so polite and helped me through the process of making a decision. I decided on not getting new doors right now, however, I had Daniel put in all new hardware (springs, bearing rollers, cables, pulley & bottom seal). He also installed a new opener package and lubricated everything. When completed, he went over everything with me and made sure I was comfortable operating the door (as I never had an electric door opener before). Daniel is a conscientious worker who does his job efficiently and with a smile. He also sent me some info on a few door choices in case I ever decide I want to do that in the future. Daniel is a big asset to your company and I am so happy and appreciative of the job he did today. Everything is working great now!

Very nice Technician Kyle Eighmie…very professional system and we received very prompt service. Jesse came out today to fix my garage door opener that had broken yesterday and he was very professional, friendly and fixed my garage right up. Not going to lie, was a bit disappointed with the pricing, but I guess when your back is against the wall you need to fix it even if it does cost a bit more than you thought. Will still use them again because they come when needed and always have all tools and materials on hand to get the job done.

Kyle looked at my problem door opener which was pulling away from wall, and gave me 3 options. We went with repair and tune up and he secured door, and tightened everything on both doors and lubricated both in about an hour. The door is secure and much quieter. Very happy. And I learned how to lubricate going forward.
