First, Isaac is amazing. Polite, funny and knows his stuff. Explained and showed me everything that happened to my garage door after I hit it with my car. He showed up less than an hour after I called. Had everything he needed to fix the door in his truck. All I really cared about was getting the door down so I could feel safe. Isaac made that happen in an efficient, timely and friendly matter. Thank you.

Kyle came to my house to refurbish my garage door mechanisms from the 1960's. I had springs that were wore out and one that had stretched and coils were extended. In a very short time he replaced the 2 springs and 10 rollers. He pretty much gave me a "new" garage door system I was very pleased with is work..quick, professional and very satisfactorily functional.

We needed a new garage door opener installed quickly and properly - and that's exactly what we got from Charlie Baldissard at Precision. He came to our home to install the openers we had purchased and - within a couple of hours - completed the job. He was great at explaining what he was doing and why, and went about his business professionally. He did not try to sell us things we didn't need, pointing out that a lot of the existing hardware was still in good condition. We would recommend the service overall and Charlie in particular

On the coldest day of the year, my garage door broke. I called and received a prompt reply. Kyle (repairman) came out next morning (on a Sunday and in freezing cold temps) with several options to repair the door and upgrade it. I cannot say enough great things about this experience. Kyle did an excellent job.arrived on time and went the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Only negative, I thought the price for a new garage outside keypad for over three hundred dollars was tooooo expensive and Improbably could had done better of if I researched the job.This is no reflection on Kyle. He was top notch!!!!!!!!

Dan was awesome! Showed up first thing, explained the repairs and future options. In this negative degree weather, I know it wasn't easy but he was conscious of the temperature and tried to keep the door closed as much as possible. As this is the second time they have done a repair for me, I won't use anyone else!

Daniel Flores did a fine job. Explained and answered questions. However I was charged over $1000 for 2 extension springs, cables and pulleys. Upon a search for similar springs your charge of $220 each was highway robbery. $180 for a cable? I am fine with paying appropriate labor rate, not an issue but labor is not listed on the invoice. Am happy Daniel returned full function to the door. Precision does not list parts prices on website. Unprofessional practice to blindside customer with parts fees upon inspection knowing tech is at the residence and can do the job at that time. Cannot recommend Precision to any friends and neighbors based on non disclosure of parts charges on your website. Am pretty sure if customers saw your charges in advance they would look else where. Saw a similar BBB review re: parts charges after the fact. Shame on me for not checking BBB before calling you. Will be holding Precision to that service warranty.

I recently had my garage door serviced by Dan Flores and I’m extremely pleased with the experience. Dan was professional, informative, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He quickly diagnosed and addressed the issues with my loud garage door opener and its components, explaining everything in detail so I understood what was being done. In addition to fixing the noise problem, he performed a thorough general service on the entire system.
