The technician was courteous, punctual and professional and he did good work, but the cost still seems an very high for a smaller job. We just needed 2 springs, small cables and small 2 small pulley wheels and the job took 30-40 minutes and it was over $800!! Just not sure where that price is coming from. The supplies were minimal and the hourly labor was less than an hour. And that was the “least” expensive option.

I am very grateful that Isaac from Precision was able to help me. The garage door remote and key pad that I inherited from my new condo's previous owner did not work. Quite the pickle. I had an issue with my garage door opener and I called them to troubleshoot it. Instead I had someone come to the house to check it. Isaac was polite, friendly and informative. He took his time to explain what happened. It was a quick fix but nevertheless somebody took time to come and fix the problem. Definitely good customer service.

Isaac kept me updated on his arrival time and arrived within an hour of my contacting Precision. Isaac was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Isaac listened to my concerns, checked my garage door and updated me periodically. Isaac Ward was our technician and he was outstanding. Very nice, professional, explained everything he did, and got the door fixed quickly. It was a tricky problem and the work was under warranty but they still sent him promptly and he worked really hard to make a lasting repair.
