Your service was fast. Isaac was here within 2 hours of my call. He let me know his eta when he was 1/2 hr away. He examined both our garage doors and gave us price options for the repairs. After our approval, Isaac fixed our garage doors and we couldn’t be happier. He did an excellent job in a very timely manner. Our granddaughter recommended your company after having her garage door repaired and we would also recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door replacement or repair.

As always, excellent service! My light on my liftmaster wasn't working. Isaac came out to fix it for me and gave my garage door a checkup. Isaac did a great job, was friendly and knowledgeable. So glad I picked Precision for my garage needs. They did the garage doors at my old house and this one too. I've had this one for 5 years and other than the light have had no issues whatsover. Service call - all that was needed was to release the piece from manual to automatic, which I had forgotten to do! Kyle was polite, accurate, offered to do a couple of other things, which when he inspected further, did not need doing or that I could easily do. I appreciate his honesty about them, and I was happy to let him get on his way.

Precision Garage Door was great start to finish. Easy service appointment process on their website. Next day service available. Clear communication with office and service tech via email confirmation, text and then a phone call when he was on his way. My service technician was Jesse Peligri. He arrived exactly within the appt window, actually a few minutes early, and was friendly and professional. My wife had accidentally backed into the garage door and bent the bottom panel, weatherstrip track and bottom right roller hinge. Jesse was able to bend back, add some through bolts and screws. Door restored to full operation in less than 1 hour. Super happy with work done.

I call to have someone come out to look at my garage door openers that were acting up for several years I could make adjustments but still had problems They were almost 25 years old and wasn’t sure if they could be fixed or needed to be replaced. Brian B.arrived that morning of the appointment and what a GOD sent. After the hand shake and a good morning, he was nothing but professional. He gave me different options on what could be done. I chose to have them replaced. He showed me different quotes for different door openers and all the bells and whistles. When I decided on what would be the best fit for what I needed , I thought I would need to take another day off of work to have them installed. The best news is that he said he had the equipment on the truck and could replace them that day. A few hours later he was complete and both doors worked great. I can’t say enough of great things about this young man. This company should be very proud to have him as an employee I will definitely recommend your company to my neighbors and friends
