A few hours before family visit - my cable snapped & spring cracked! I called - and was shockingly surprised- a human got on the call and told me someone could be there within a couple hours - sane day!!! True to statement - Daniel let me know he was in the way - showed up - pleasant- friendly- git right to it - identified and communicated what happened & how he could fix it! Having everything he needed in the truck - went to work ….completed it - communicated when done, cleaned up - just as my family arrived!! Prompt, customer focused, professional, friendly helpful experience- again - all the way round!!! Thank you!!

Good morning: We called your office on Tuesday morning reporting a broken garage door. Within the hour we heard that Daniel Flores, our technician, was on the way. Dan is friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions cheerfully. Although our system was nearly 30 years old, Dan did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. We are repeat customers of Precision Doors. They have serviced our doors and they have replaced the motors in both of the doors. The technicians are top-notch, skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and all around the best! They give three estimates of the work that needs to be done; sometimes I take the lowest estimate and often I take the highest one because I know that the work will be 100% perfect and warrantied. From experience, I know that if a Precision garage door tech shows up, my troubles are over. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The spring broke on one of our garage doors, heard a loud bang and saw cables all over the place. I booked an appointment late that night and was given an appointment the next afternoon. He install new seal on bottom of my garage door, greased and oiled all parts that need to be done. Phenomenal! An extension spring snapped on an antiquated system that needed to replaced. The website user interface was intuitive and easy to set up an appointment. Communications via texts and emails were timely and beneficial throughout the process. Jesse arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment with an energetic can do attitude and quickly assessed our garage door system and presented options at reasonable prices to move forward.
