Well the new doors are ordered now and they will be installed 2-4 weeks. The 2 workers that came to analyze my situation Danny and Kyle were very respectful and very knowledgeable they explained everything to me and I decided to go with new doors. They were great taking measurements and explaining everything to me. And Rob also was texting me which I thought was very helpful also. All together so far it is a very good experience for me. Everyone is very respectful and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Isaac was awesome and got my spring repair done quickly and efficiently. He made some modifications to the spring locations that makes the setup much cleaner and keeps the springs out of the way when the door is open. Excellent service and workmanship!

Several weeks ago I met one of your service men at a neighbor's home and asked for a business card. Afterword I spoke with the neighbor who gave great review of the service as well as the competence and politeness of the tech man. So I decided to give Precision a call. I never expected to get a service call so quickly, Jesse was there within the hour. He was abslutely great, he was friendly and polite and knew what he was doing. He serviced my doors completely. I'll definitely be spreading the good news. Thanks again and a special thanks to Jesse.

Dan the installer was excellent, he did a great job on the installation of the opener, and replacement of the springs, rollers and associated cables. The opener works great and is very quiet.

Fantastic job by Kelly on the phone scheduling my appointment for the next day and explaining the service. Then Tyler came and did a excellent job explaining the service choices after his inspection. After I chose an option Tyler said it would take about an hour or so to finish. Before the hour was up Tyler was done, the door worked like new. Tyler is a very competent and courteous technician and no mess when he left. Job well done!

Completely satisfied with the service we received today. The Rep contacted us in advance to let us know what time he'd be here. He arrived on time. He was professional and knowledgeable and was able to find out the issue. He communicated clearly and was able to fix the door within an hour. Our door is super quiet for the first time ever! Our seven year old garage door (not a Precision door or installation) never really functioned correctly. When it was raised or lowered it sounded as if the entire thing might come crashing to the floor. More recently when lowered the door would rack in the track and seem to be sticking along as it closed. Our technician was Jesse. He is excellent. Personable, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. He sized up the problem immediately, explained two options of repair to us (each with very fair pricing) and once we selected an option, he started work. Within an hour he was finished and the door works better than it ever has. Great work! We're very pleased with the entire experience with Precision and would highly recommend them to anyone. A high quality organization.
