Hello, my name is Jesse. I am a family man at heart. I have a beautiful baby boy, who just turned two, whom I enjoy spending my time off with and visiting my mom, as much as I can. I originally grew up in Rockland County, New York, but now reside in Orange County, New York. Some of my other interests are eating healthy, working out ( love to run) and cooking. In the warmer months, I also always enjoy having my own garden to tend to. I love the company I work for and everyone I interact with. Additionally, I am a perfectionist, so I never want to leave a customer dissatisfied.

This was the second time I called Precision Overhead Garage Door but for a different issue. I called this morning around 8:30 AM and Jesse arrived around 10:30 AM. He answered all of my questions and was done by 11:00 AM. Very professional and courtious. I will contibue to use their them again if needed.

Jesse arrived on time (early), made a point to understand what the issue was, and communicated the steps he would take to diagnose the problem. After each step, he updated to me on his findings and made his recommendation for the next step, after clearly explaining why. All in all my garage door was repaired and up and running quickly. He helped me reprogram my WIFI enabled garage door too. He was friendly, courteous, and professional.

I had no idea what to expect but I was surprised on the outcome! Jesse P. was the service guy to do the work. He arrived on time and was extremely professional and courteous. He let me know the work to be done and different price options that were available. The work was done and I was extremely satisfied with the service and quality done. I called Precision Garage Door Service to replace a bottom door seal. Jesse Peligri was the technician for my job. He called and arrived early and quickly assessed my situation. He was friendly, very knowledgable and honest and clearly explained everything in a way that made it easy for me to make the best decision. (I chose to change the springs and cables and lubricate everything in addition to the bottom seal replacement.). After seeing that the bottom track was damaged by all the winter salt they use here, Jesse explained that he would probably have to special order the part needed for the bottom door seal. After he checked his truck, he found the exact part in the correct size for my door!!! After cutting it to size, he then installed the new track and bottom seal in under a minute! Jesse is a superb technician and came with all the supplies to do whatever was needed. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door without reservation. Their efficiency, fair pricing and excellent communication make it very easy to get done exactly what you want.

This was a bad week for me. First, the quick passing storm (likely a mini-tornado) demolished numerous VERY large trees on my property. A few days later, unrelated to the storm, my garage door failed. The people at the first company I spoke with seemed rather inexperienced, and wanted several days to order the parts. Then I contacted Precision. They are very professional and knowledgeable. The tech Jesse P is great. He quickly understood the problem, and gave me options on the service to be done, even correcting an issue from a previous door company years ago. All the parts were with him, and he completed the job within a couple of hours. Everything is working properly now.
