I used Precision before to have my garage spring door replaced and also the ballisters. They did an amazing job. Yesterday Brian from Precision came and swapped out all my stripping and leveled my garage door. He was professional, courteous and did a nice clean job! I highly recommend Precision.

So pleased - I had a problem with my dad’s garage door with the car stuck inside. My dad is 95 and we needed access asap. Precision came to the rescue quickly and efficiently. We selected due to the positive reviews, and were pleased to be able to book online and get a Saturday appointment with only a few hours notice. Text updates for our tech's arrival were appreciated too. Our tech, Luke, arrived well within the specified time limit, repaired our door efficiently and professionally, as well as explaining the problem and our options for repair (without upselling). Will definitely use again. Positive experience - 5 stars! ??

Yesterday the spring on my garage door snapped. Within less then 24 hours the repairs were completed by Chris. All new hardware was installed. Chris was kind and explained everything to me. I ended up getting both garage doors repaired. They are quiet and look brand new. Chris was able to complete the work efficiently and professionally and was very informative. I would definately use Precision in the near future. And all installation came with a 5 year warranty at no additional cost. Thank-you Chris garage doors run amazing Heidi

We had two new garage doors and openers installed and couldn’t be happier! Rick was very thorough and meticulous with his work. Our original doors were over 40 years old and very noisy....these doors and openers are extremely quiet.
