Kyle (repairman) came out next morning (on a Sunday and in freezing cold temps) with several options to repair the door and upgrade it. I cannot say enough great things about this experience. I first needed Precision Door last February 2025 when they replaced a broken door with a new Genie. Last week all the power went off. I called Precision and within 2 days Anthony turned up to fix it.
