Really pleasant people to deal with. Right from making a call to setup appointment and to the tech showing up to help me determine what I needed. Their tech, Isaac, was very professional and courteous. Explained everything he was doing, how each of the models of openers worked and the best way to mount the opener. Kyle was great. Started to troubleshoot the issues we were having with our door opener before even trying to sell me a new one. Explained all the issues and went over all our options. Ended up going with a new opener since ours was way past its prime. Kyle was quick and efficient and very professional. Highly recommend!

My grandma and grandad live in their own and the stairs had become trip hazard for them. Their garage door key was misplaced and the garage also needed mechanical work. Daniel Flores was prompt, kind to my grandparents and very efficient with the work performed. Now that the garage is fixed, it serves as a safer way for my grandparents to enter their home. Called first thing in the morning, Jesse was here by 10:30. Replaced the springs, cables and pulleys, as well as the garage door opener, and was finished within two hours. Great guy- friendly, helpful, professional. Would highly recommend Jesse and Precision!

Daniel F was amazing. Not only was he thorough, he was extremely courteous and professional. From initial contact to end of job, Daniel reinforced in my mind that utilizing Precision Garage Door Service was the right decision. He explained his process in detail, and discussed the company's values and principals which aligned with mine as well. He showed up on time and communicated exact arrival which was appreciated. Daniel then assessed the problem with thoughtfulness and care and explained in detail what my options were and what his recommendation was. Then he executed without flaw and with meticulous detail. Leader Anthony B was not on site but was immediately available to us when an unforeseen event arose that required his attention. Hi Doug. First of all your team is very professional and courteous. Kyle showed up on time and was very attentive and respectful. Unfortunately he could not resolve the issue. After putting in new brackets and lubricating the rails the garage worked for about two hours. He did give me quotes for a new opener. I will let you know. Thanks again for trying but like I said it didn’t fix the issue.
