Daniel F was amazing. Not only was he thorough, he was extremely courteous and professional. From initial contact to end of job, Daniel reinforced in my mind that utilizing Precision Garage Door Service was the right decision. He explained his process in detail, and discussed the company's values and principals which aligned with mine as well. He showed up on time and communicated exact arrival which was appreciated. Daniel then assessed the problem with thoughtfulness and care and explained in detail what my options were and what his recommendation was. Then he executed without flaw and with meticulous detail. Leader Anthony B was not on site but was immediately available to us when an unforeseen event arose that required his attention. Collectively, they produced a resolution that was extremely accommodative and solidified my view that Precision is client-driven and community oriented. Feel free to contact me for more detail. Hi Doug. First of all your team is very professional and courteous. Kyle showed up on time and was very attentive and respectful. Unfortunately he could not resolve the issue. After putting in new brackets and lubricating the rails the garage worked for about two hours. He did give me quotes for a new opener. I will let you know. Thanks again for trying but like I said it didn’t fix the issue.

I selected Precision to solve an overhead garage door issue based on many reviews. The technician was very thorough and personable. However, after a number of conversations with the motor vendor, nothing could be found to explain the periodic problem of the door stopping on the way down. Since the door was 20 years old, I asked that the rollers be replaced, thinking that one or more may have hung up causing the problem. The technician replaced the rollers in less than 10 minutes. It's been 3 weeks now with no issues. The only reasom I didn't give 5 stars is that I thought the price charged was somewhat high.
