Needed professional garage door service today, so the hunt began. Looking through the website, Precision had excellent reviews, so I gave them a call. Phone assistance was excellent & scheduled an appointment same day, today. I was told who would be arriving & what time. I then received a call from Brian B. with his exact time. Upon his promt arrival he was nothing less than a 5 star. He was courteous, kind, thoughtful & professional. We were given different options to fit our needs. Brian did an excellent job. The name of the company Precision fits Brian personally. He is definitely an honorable & kind man. It's rare today to find a service were you actually feel comfortable & trust with that person. Brian is that person. Overall, great experience & recommend!

I call to have someone come out to look at my garage door openers that were acting up for several years I could make adjustments but still had problems They were almost 25 years old and wasn’t sure if they could be fixed or needed to be replaced. Brian B.arrived that morning of the appointment and what a GOD sent. After the hand shake and a good morning, he was nothing but professional. He gave me different options on what could be done. I chose to have them replaced. He showed me different quotes for different door openers and all the bells and whistles. When I decided on what would be the best fit for what I needed , I thought I would need to take another day off of work to have them installed. The best news is that he said he had the equipment on the truck and could replace them that day. A few hours later he was complete and both doors worked great. I can’t say enough of great things about this young man. This company should be very proud to have him as an employee I will definitely recommend your company to my neighbors and friends

As always, excellent service! My light on my liftmaster wasn't working. Isaac came out to fix it for me and gave my garage door a checkup. Isaac did a great job, was friendly and knowledgeable. Service call - all that was needed was to release the piece from manual to automatic, which I had forgotten to do! Kyle was polite, accurate, offered to do a couple of other things, which when he inspected further, did not need doing or that I could easily do.
