Brian Birchler the garage door specialist at Precision, was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. The services provided for installation of a pre-purchased garage door opener were excellent. The garage door opener was installed efficiently and in a timely manner. Mr. Birchler took the time to provide a complete tutorial on the operation of the garage door opener and even assisted in pairing the opener with my automobile and cellphone. My expectations were met above and beyond. They also provided quick scheduling for the installation to be done. I highly recommend the services provided by Precision.

Our garage door was not moving up or down properly, so I contacted Precision Door Service. Ethan, our technician, arrived promptly and kept in communication with us prior to his arrival. He carefully assessed the garage door to determine the problem. After reviewing several options, we decided to purchase a new garage door motor. Ethan showed us options for garage door motors, and within 2 hours we had a fully functioning garage door again. Ethan went over each bolt and roller to ensure the garage door will work for years to come!

Very professional company. A real person answered the phone and I believe it was after 5pm! He was very courteous on the phone. The next morning Luke showed up and presented all my options. I had 2 Doors installed this morning, Malik arrived on time and finished within 15 minutes of his estimated time of completion. Malik was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and informative. When the installation was finished, he gave me a complete walk through of the operation of my new doors and he reconnected my existing door openers...I will be a Precision Door customer going forward..
