Very pleased that a repairman was able to come and do the work the same day I called for an appointment. Communication throughout was excellent. The technician who did the work, Jesse, was a pleasure to speak with and clearly explained the work he would be doing.

Quick response. 4 hour window for appt is never ideal, but Jessie called to let me know progress, which allowed me to do an errand while waiting. Knowledgeable and professional service. Explained issue and made recommendation, which we went with and because they carry equipment with them, it was replaced on the spot. New opener is light years better than the old one was!

I called Precision and they came out the same day. I've never had a call back on the same day from anyone so we were impressed. Jared checked and troubleshooted the system . Upon replacing parts it was determined that a new unit was needed. Jared worked on the unit into the evening to make sure we were satisfied We now have a new system and hope to have it for years to come. Jared was a real Pro. Thank You!

The service was a little pricey, but Jared was knowledgeable and efficient. My garage door spring and cable mechanism was able to be replaced quickly even though it was on a weekend. Thank you for your fast service.
