Had an unexpected issue with my older garage doors. Precision came out the very next day and fixed. Discussed with me options on how I wanted it repaired as well as showed options to replace my existing doors due to age. I am impressed and very satisfied, so much so I decided to buy new garage doors to replace the 50 yr doors I currently have. The tech that came out, Daniel Flores, was an absolute rock star. Late last night, I heard a loud noise that sounded like something fell on my house. I looked around and couldn’t find anything. I then tried to open my garage door and it wouldn’t open. I went on YouTube found out that I needed to replace a door spring, which I could not do. I had a flyer from Precision Overhead Garage Door service. I called them and they came the same day. The service technician Daniel was very professional and friendly. He gave me various options to fix my garage door. I chose the most basic option because I believed all I needed to replace was a spring. He replaced the spring fast and professionally. I really appreciate the work he did and I would highly recommend them. The only problem I have is that they try to upsell you with additional options that are very expensive. It’s not an hard sell, but if you’re not careful, you could spend thousands more than you intended. Other than that, they are great and I would use them again.

Daniel's work and knowledge of his craft were superb. Kind and polite, he set to work sorting out the problem with my garage door system. He installed a new motor and associated parts quickly and professionally. Would 100% recommend Daniel for any of your garage door needs. My only complaint (not with Daniel) is with the exterior keypad that came with my package. It does not have a cover, which in the winter may cause complications as it will be exposed to the elements. It will be especially concerning during the winter months.
