Kyle did an excellent job.arrived on time and went the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Only negative, I thought the price for a new garage outside keypad for over three hundred dollars was tooooo expensive and Improbably could had done better of if I researched the job.This is no reflection on Kyle. He was top notch!!!!!!!!

Daniel's work and knowledge of his craft were superb. Kind and polite, he set to work sorting out the problem with my garage door system. He installed a new motor and associated parts quickly and professionally. Would 100% recommend Daniel for any of your garage door needs. My only complaint (not with Daniel) is with the exterior keypad that came with my package. It does not have a cover, which in the winter may cause complications as it will be exposed to the elements. It will be especially concerning during the winter months.

Their incredible staff was knowledgeable and attentive, and we were NEVER pressured to buy or given short shrift because they had another call to make. The spring broke on the garage door & I called Precision the next day. They sent Jared out to fix it. He installed new springs & rollers. His work was very good. The garage door works better than new, & is quieter than before. Jared is very professional.
