Phenomenal! An extension spring snapped on an antiquated system that needed to replaced. The website user interface was intuitive and easy to set up an appointment. Communications via texts and emails were timely and beneficial throughout the process. Jesse arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment with an energetic can do attitude and quickly assessed our garage door system and presented options at reasonable prices to move forward. Once we agreed on next steps, Jesse replaced the old hardware with new upgrade ones with quality workmanship in a short duration of time. From start to finish the process exemplified a high level of professionalism and detail. Highly recommended.

I managed to accidentally back into the garage door while moving a trash bin in the garage. A slight bump but a definite realization that it would need a look at and a repair or replacement. I went searching for garage door repair and the locale where I live and saw the website, looked at the ratings, looked at the people and booked well after midnight. I was happy to see the opening time slot. Both the manager and the technician were amazing. If you ever, ever, ever do something as dumb as I did and accidentally damage the garage door or if you run into damage like a burned out motor or spring or anything as they describe, book them to come out and offer their advice. You won't regret the experience. Infinite professionalism, infinite patience, infinite understanding of the circumstances. Kyle was his name and as his work profile states, he takes great pride in his respect for others and his strong work ethic. And as stated, Quick response, Local, BBB rated.

On 5/1/26, Daniel Flores and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service came to the rescue ONCE AGAIN AND SAVED THE DAY. I say ONCE AGAIN because Dan and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and fixed our other garage door back in Nov 2024. Because Dan did such an amazing job, I made sure to contact Precision again to fix my 2nd garage door issues, while requesting for Dan. Dan was amazing, very friendly, welcoming, sincere, and immediately assessed the situation. He assured me the issue was not the garage door itself or the garage door motor, but the hardware and springs managing and pulling. Dan explained what was causing the multiple issues, that the main spring was about to snap, and provided multiple options at different price points to have a complete overhaul of all hardware, springs, cables, pulleys, bearing rollers, etc. Dan went above and beyond the call of duty and tested everything multiple times, showed me best practices for preventative maintenance for the future, and topped off the visit by spraying oil into the pulley’s of the hardware he replaced on my other garage door 2 years ago. Our old garage opener needed to be replaced. Within twenty four hours, a new system was installed at a reasonable price, by a friendly, efficient technician. Precision on the phone, was prompt in responding to a malfunction in one of my garage doors in the town of Red Hook in the Hudson Valley. Had a technician out to the garage location within 3-4 hours. The technician Daniel Flores, was the consummate professional, assessed the situation, (the spring had broken) provided me with details of the vintage of my existing garage doors (the problem door has worked without issues until that day since installation 35 years ago!), and offered multiple potential solutions. I accepted the offer and Daniel set about fixing the door, ie replacing the motor, and installing a new spring with relevant hardware, on the spot. He was fully equipped for that purpose. On the professionalism in response and installation, am very satisfied. It's a modern door mechanism, electronic remote operations etc. Really good work. Also important to note Danny Flores' attitude and demeanor was the picture of calm competence, excellent technician indeed.

Jesse turned a terrible morning into a fine morning. Hes an absolute gem and deserves whatever is required to keep him at this company. My CS experience was a 10/10 My labor quality experience was 10/10 My personal opinion is 10/10 My professionalism score for Jesse is 10/10 If the rest of this company is like Jesse, then they also get a 10/10. If theyre not like Jesse, wtf, why not? My day started very poorly finding my garage door stuck open overnight, Jesse flipped my emotional response 10 mins after arrival through his customer service and technical knowledge. In conclusion, yadayadayada I'm very happy and give Jesse a raise.

Jesse came out today to fix my garage door opener that had broken yesterday and he was very professional, friendly and fixed my garage right up. Not going to lie, was a bit disappointed with the pricing, but I guess when your back is against the wall you need to fix it even if it does cost a bit more than you thought. Will still use them again because they come when needed and always have all tools and materials on hand to get the job done.
