On 11/08/24, Daniel Flores and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service came to the rescue. We had multiple on-going issues with one of our garage doors. It would close at an angle, randomly have a gap where rodents and snakes would enter, wobbled and shook where it looked like the large coil spring was going to snap, and was so loud it would wake up neighbors. Dan was amazing, very friendly, welcoming, sincere, and immediately assessed the situation. He assured me the issue was not the garage door or garage door motor, but the hardware managing and pulling. Dan explained what was causing the multiple issues, broke it down in detail, and provided multiple options at different price points to have a complete overhaul of all hardware, cables, pulleys, bearing rollers, etc. Dan went above and beyond the call of duty and tested everything multiple times, showed me best practices for preventative maintenance for the future, and topped off the visit by installing and setting up a Genie Wireless Keypad GK-BX. I didn’t realize how vital having one of these is, but now we have easy access in/out of the house without keys or the remote clicker. Priceless. We no longer wake up the neighbors with the sound, nor do we have any more mice or snakes in the garage… all resolved within one visit. AMAZING! Thank you, Dan and Precision Garage Door Service. We had an automatic single door installed in our rental in Red Hook. The technician arrived promptly and after introducing himself and explaining the job, he got right to work. Malik D. is a courteous professional who completed the job efficiently and single-handedly with great care and finesse. This was our first time hiring Precision Garage Door Service and we were so pleased with Malik's work, we called Precision later that same week when our own home's garage door springs broke. Malik D. was our first experience with Precision, but thanks to him, we are now customers for life!
