Kudos to Precision for hiring people like Luke S. Your customer service thus far has been stellar, and that was just for the estimate! Luke, my tech, was a gem! Personable, knowledgable, and very customer-focused. He did some quick tweaking on our garage door opener, which made my day! :-) I look forward to getting our new door installed, but most of all, I have peace of mind knowing I made the right choice with Precision and will be in good hands going forward. Highly recommend!!

In order to be the BEST you need to team with the BEST. Jesse is the consummate Professional, Technically astute, sincere, honest, and very quickly demonstrated his direct communication and integrity. His helper today, John, was also outstanding, their backgrounds go back to high school days; they simply complimented each other. My Garage door spring broke, I asked for replacement and whatever should be done to repair the Garage doors to top condition. Jesse recommended spring replacement, safety cables, and replacement door hardware to allow for optimum performance; my opener was working fine, electrical fine, and chain track in good condition. I quickly had my work scope, estimate, and timing estimate which was twice as fast since I luckily had two very skilled Technicians. I signed the authorization, left them alone and when I decided to check on them, they advised thy were done ! WOW ! Outstanding and FAST. They were BOTH personable, friendly, very skilled and efficient. They had made all adjustments and the doors are rattle free and smooth, the quietest they have been in some time. Just a terrific customer experience. What brought me to Precision Garage Door Service in the 1st place were the QUALITY of the ads published in the Poughkeepsie Journal, I was impressed as they looked so Professional. I was intending to call them independent of the spring breaking, my good fortune for finding such a great Company. !!

On 11/08/24, Daniel Flores and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service came to the rescue. We had multiple on-going issues with one of our garage doors. It would close at an angle, randomly have a gap where rodents and snakes would enter, wobbled and shook where it looked like the large coil spring was going to snap, and was so loud it would wake up neighbors. Dan was amazing, very friendly, welcoming, sincere, and immediately assessed the situation. He assured me the issue was not the garage door or garage door motor, but the hardware managing and pulling. Dan explained what was causing the multiple issues, broke it down in detail, and provided multiple options at different price points to have a complete overhaul of all hardware, cables, pulleys, bearing rollers, etc. Dan went above and beyond the call of duty and tested everything multiple times, showed me best practices for preventative maintenance for the future, and topped off the visit by installing and setting up a Genie Wireless Keypad GK-BX. I didn’t realize how vital having one of these is, but now we have easy access in/out of the house without keys or the remote clicker. Priceless. We no longer wake up the neighbors with the sound, nor do we have any more mice or snakes in the garage… all resolved within one visit. AMAZING! Thank you, Dan and Precision Garage Door Service.
