Jesse arrived on time as scheduled. He quickly listened to our current issues and made a couple of proposals in different price ranges to meet our needs. He explained the proposals very well and answered my questions. I chose the options I wanted to have installed, and he quickly got to work to complete the install. He was quick, efficient, neat, and kept me informed of progress. I am very pleased with the quality of the installation and in Jesse's professionalism. I highly recommend Jesse for any garage door work you need to have done.

Anthony was great! He was on time, thorough, and honest. When he saw that all that was wrong with a a new garage door opener that I installed was only a safety switch, he just fixed the problem and didn’t even charge me which he could’ve just for coming out. I will definitely be using precision garage doors in the near future when I purchase my new garage doors.

Several weeks ago I met one of your service men at a neighbor's home and asked for a business card. Afterword I spoke with the neighbor who gave great review of the service as well as the competence and politeness of the tech man. So I decided to give Precision a call. I could not be more pleased with Precision. They kept me informed from the time I ordered until it arrived and set up the appt.to install. The installers called me 3/4 hr ahead and showed up right on time. They were very polite, efficient and business like. They had to remove the old wooden door and install all new parts for the new one. They were done in 2 hours and called me to check the work; all was perfect.

Jesse was great. He very quickly diagnosed the problem, offered a variety of solutions and made the repairs very efficiently. We're very satisfied with the service and would absolutely use Precision again for future services.
