Dan was very thorough and explained the different pricing of what was to be done. He was extremely polite and easy to speak with. He made sure that I understood all the repairs and I slide the door up n down. He was excellent and will definitely call Precision again if needed.

Isaac was awesome and got my spring repair done quickly and efficiently. He made some modifications to the spring locations that makes the setup much cleaner and keeps the springs out of the way when the door is open. Excellent service and workmanship!

Dan was punctual and knowledgeable. While initially we were just replacing a broken cable, we decided to take preventive measures and have the springs and some other parts replaced. Dan was pleasant and worked efficiently to complete the job. He kept us informed every step of the way and gave good advice. We would certainly request him again for any problems. Jesse arrived on time as scheduled. He quickly listened to our current issues and made a couple of proposals in different price ranges to meet our needs. Anthony was great! He was on time, thorough, and honest. When he saw that all that was wrong with a a new garage door opener that I installed was only a safety switch, he just fixed the problem and didn’t even charge me which he could’ve just for coming out. I will definitely be using precision garage doors in the near future when I purchase my new garage doors.

Several weeks ago I met one of your service men at a neighbor's home and asked for a business card.
