I was so glad to be able to get my garage door issue taken care of so quickly. Isaac was prompt, pleasant and courteous. We reviewed what needed to be done. In about an hour and a half my garage door was working again and much better and quieter than before. Great service and service person.

I could not be more pleased with Precision. They kept me informed from the time I ordered until it arrived and set up the appt.to install. The installers called me 3/4 hr ahead and showed up right on time. They were very polite, efficient and business like. They had to remove the old wooden door and install all new parts for the new one. They were done in 2 hours and called me to check the work; all was perfect.

Fantastic job by Kelly on the phone scheduling my appointment for the next day and explaining the service. Then Tyler came and did a excellent job explaining the service choices after his inspection. After I chose an option Tyler said it would take about an hour or so to finish. Before the hour was up Tyler was done, the door worked like new. Tyler is a very competent and courteous technician and no mess when he left. Job well done!
