I was very pleased with the work done by Dan to replace the springs and pulleys on one of my garage doors. He was both courteous and efficient with the work we agreed to have him do. We also discussed other possible items that could be done and I opted not to do them. When his work was done he came to me to review what was done and determine if I was satisfied, which I was.

This review is for Isaac Ward of Precision Garage Door ( Dutchess County NY); wow! What wonderful service I received today from Isaac. He called ahead to confirm his arrival and was respectful of my property. Isaac was professional in appearance and demeanor and thoughtful in his recommendations. At issue may be electrical, but if not, I will definitely be requesting Isaac to install a new system. Also noteworthy is the great communication from the scheduling and administrative office! Great job, one and all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

My experience was a good one. Daniel was professional and polite and took the time to explain everything to me. Daniel changed both springs, cables and pulleys very quickly and I have no issues with the door now. Works perfectly. Precision customer service is also good i called and they set me up with a appointment and fix the garage door issue same day.

Well the new doors are ordered now and they will be installed 2-4 weeks. The 2 workers that came to analyze my situation Danny and Kyle were very respectful and very knowledgeable they explained everything to me and I decided to go with new doors. They were great taking measurements and explaining everything to me. And Rob also was texting me which I thought was very helpful also. All together so far it is a very good experience for me. Everyone is very respectful and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Isaac was awesome and got my spring repair done quickly and efficiently. He made some modifications to the spring locations that makes the setup much cleaner and keeps the springs out of the way when the door is open. Excellent service and workmanship!

We had an automatic single door installed in our rental in Red Hook. The technician arrived promptly and after introducing himself and explaining the job, he got right to work. Malik D. is a courteous professional who completed the job efficiently and single-handedly with great care and finesse. This was our first time hiring Precision Garage Door Service and we were so pleased with Malik's work, we called Precision later that same week when our own home's garage door springs broke. Malik D. was our first experience with Precision, but thanks to him, we are now customers for life!
