Fantastic job by Kelly on the phone scheduling my appointment for the next day and explaining the service. Then Tyler came and did a excellent job explaining the service choices after his inspection. After I chose an option Tyler said it would take about an hour or so to finish. Before the hour was up Tyler was done, the door worked like new. Tyler is a very competent and courteous technician and no mess when he left. Job well done!

I saw Precision's ad on Instagram and less than 2 hours later Anthony was at my house. It turns out we had a very minor problem. He fixed it free of charge and presented me with some options should we decide to upgrade our system in the future. Their communication and professionalism really impressed me. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend them. Cera who answered the phone was very attentive to my problem and I was pleasantly surprised that I got a Sunday morning appointment when calling Saturday. It was not a emergency but still not many companies offer Sunday service. Tyler the technician was prompt courteous and professional. Explained everything that would be done. Couldn’t ask for a better experience

Matthew Lawrence was a Godsend. He came to evaluate what was happening to my Garage Door in a timely manner.He took his time to examine the situation and provided a detailed explanation of what was happening. He also was able to provide a quote of what would be needed in the near future to keep my doors functioning at optimum levels. He was very professional and most important he was patient and kind. In the future I would most certainly ask that he return to my home for any needed repairs. Thank You Precision for having this individual on your team.

Completely satisfied with the service we received today. The Rep contacted us in advance to let us know what time he'd be here. He arrived on time. He was professional and knowledgeable and was able to find out the issue. He communicated clearly and was able to fix the door within an hour. Our door is super quiet for the first time ever! We will contact Precision again for any necessary repairs or when we need new doors. We had an overall great experience. I highly recommend them!
