Good morning: We called your office on Tuesday morning reporting a broken garage door. Within the hour we heard that Daniel Flores, our technician, was on the way. I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and made an online appointment for the next day after the main spring broke on my garage door.I soon received a text form the manger, Rob asking for a bit more detail, which I provided with a photo of the broken spring. Dan form Precision the following day and was very thorough with explaining the fix and cost. I had the springs replaced about 6 or 7 years ago by a different company and was surprised that the spring didn't last longer. Dan was was informative and respectful of the other company's work but in the end It was my understanding that a heavier duty spring should have been used. Which is what was installed this time. My entire dealing with the company was very positive and I would recommend them for garage door repairs.

She called- spoke to a dedicated scheduler and I was lucky enough to get a next morning appointment for servicing. Appreciated the confirmation messages and the call one half hour or so prior to service technician arriving to work on the door. Tyler and your Company met more than my expectations. Pleasant, explained what was wrong and what could be done with several options to fix the garage door. Basically, one of the main springs broke and the door could not lift or descend.
