Isaac arrived early/on time, and reset an existing garage door opener and also replaced our primary garage door opener. He reprogrammed both our vehicle remotes and walked us through the phone app. Great service!

I had a new garage door opener installed by PGD about 1.5 years ago. A couple of days ago, the door wouldn't go down. I called and a tech was at my home to fix w/in a day. They actually offered to come earlier but i couldn't be home during that time. Less than an hour he tightened some things up and was done! And at no charge. These days it's so rare to experience good customer service but PGD does just that both when installing and a quick adjustment. Thank you

Dan was awesome! Showed up first thing, explained the repairs and future options. I am delighted to offer Dan Flores a tribute for his work in repairing our electric garage door system. Dan called in advance to inform me he was on his way, he showed up when he said he expected to and promptly went right to work. He then thoroughly examined every aspect of the door system, indicating some component issues that were not the primary problem but advising that they might eventually require needed attention. When Dan ID’d the primary problem, he indicated he was confident he could resolve it on the spot; having all the necessary parts to do so with him. He provided me three different options I had to get the system operating again and carefully outlined the “good, better, best” alternatives and the subsequent charges for each one of the choices. After making my choice, he promptly got to work, had completed the job in an hour and a half, then provided me User's Guide information material and explained how every new function operated and answered any/all questions I had. In wrapping up, he cleaned up the debris and failed parts, leaving the garage cleaner than it was when he got there! I called this morning requesting repair of a broken garage door spring. I was told someone would show up between 12 and 4 today. Anthony called me around 1PM and said he would be here shortly and arrived about 10 minutes later. We went over the repairs needed and agreed what was to be done.
