Daniel F. from Precision Garage Door Service is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Daniel arrived promptly, assessed our old wooden garage door, and provided us with options for a garage door opener. Once we chose the best option, Daniel immediately began installing the garage door opener and along the way he explained the function and maintenance of each part. Daniel also recognized safety hazards with our old springs and cables and provided us with safer options. While Daniel was testing our newly installed garage door opener, he discovered one of our original tracks was out of alignment, and then quickly fixed the problem with a permanent solution. Daniel's ingenuity and expertise is invaluable, especially since he is so kind and professional. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Service Technician Daniel F. for anyone's garage door service needs. Five Stars!

Kyle was on time, patient and knowledgeable. Going the extra yard by adapting the unit to an old garage without altering any critical structures was also appreciated. Absolutely a FIVE-star experience with this company and particularly our repairman Danny. This is saying a lot in 2024! From the time of my call to Precision to the time of completion was 3 hours! I had two springs replaced and 3 bearings. The door operates like new! I simply HIGHLY recommend this company for ANY garage door situations!

The garage door opener wouldn’t close for my wife while I was away. Within 24 hrs of calling on my return, Precision had a technician to our home!! The opener was put through a full set of tests while the technician explained each to me while they were being run. The final adjustments were also explained and the opener was back in business, all within 20 minutes!! Thank you Precision for your qualified and respectful team.
