My garage door broke in the morning in Sept. 22, 2025. One of the springs busted so I called Precision and Kyle came that same afternoon and fixed the garage door. The company kept me informed by texts to let me know when he would get to fix my door and was on his way. Kyle came that same day at about 02:00 PM and was done in about one and a half hours. Great service and professionalism.

I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and made an online appointment for the next day after the main spring broke on my garage door.I soon received a text form the manger, Rob asking for a bit more detail, which I provided with a photo of the broken spring. Dan form Precision the following day and was very thorough with explaining the fix and cost. I had the springs replaced about 6 or 7 years ago by a different company and was surprised that the spring didn't last longer. Dan was was informative and respectful of the other company's work but in the end It was my understanding that a heavier duty spring should have been used. Which is what was installed this time. My entire dealing with the company was very positive and I would recommend them for garage door repairs.
