Absolutely a FIVE-star experience with this company and particularly our repairman Danny. This is saying a lot in 2024! From the time of my call to Precision to the time of completion was 3 hours! I had two springs replaced and 3 bearings. The door operates like new! I simply HIGHLY recommend this company for ANY garage door situations!

The garage door opener wouldn’t close for my wife while I was away. Within 24 hrs of calling on my return, Precision had a technician to our home!! The opener was put through a full set of tests while the technician explained each to me while they were being run. The final adjustments were also explained and the opener was back in business, all within 20 minutes!! Thank you Precision for your qualified and respectful team. Your quality products, service and staff are amazing.

Jesse Peligri, installed a garage door opener at my home today March 24, 2024. He did a great job; explaining what he would do and presenting me with the alternative door openers. He did not pressure me into any choices. He was friendly, and showed considerable expertise in his work, and showed me how to fix one of my other garage doors. He was friendly and considerate. One of our garage door openers is quite elderly - at least 30 years I'd guess. Unexpectedly the chain that lowers the door came off its track & so the door did not close properly. We had no idea why this happened. The next morning we called Overhead Garage Door & they were able to send a technician out within an hour, Isaac Ward. He found a trouble spot where the elderly door (creased years ago by an accident before we bought the house) was riding too hard against its track, causing resistance which led to the chain coming loose. He quickly & thoroughly made the proper adjustments, reattached the chain, and got everything working better than before. Friendly, excellent professional service.

Honestly we chose Precision because the company that installed our overhead doors in the first place would not call us back after a couple times of calling them. So I went online and saw Precision. My technician Matt was professional, smart, and I felt as if he had my best interests as a customer at heart. Anecdotally he's a super nice guy and I felt very comfortable with him in my house. I'm a novice home owner and to garage door openers and I felt educated about my system and what needed to get done to fix the issue. 10/10 would recommend Precision, Matt and the team.

Hi good afternoon, we thought Tyler was absolutely terrific, polite knowledgeable and service oriented we have no complaint with his work or how he went about it we were totally satisfied. We felt the price point was high for the work that was done but we're happy to have it finished and we were happy to have had Tyler. We think this young fellow will really move up in your company he has the qualities to be in management. From the person who answered the phone to the clean truck that came we really had no complaints except for the price. The lady I spoke to on the phone was polite and really nice also.
