A few hours before family visit - my cable snapped & spring cracked! I called - and was shockingly surprised- a human got on the call and told me someone could be there within a couple hours - sane day!!! Our garage door was bumped into by our car (!), a wheel was dislodged and the door had to be opened and closed by hand. We called Precision Garage Doors the next day and, lucky for us, Dan was the technician (saving angel) who fixed the problem quickly, efficiently and with a smile. I called this morning requesting repair of a broken garage door spring. I was told someone would show up between 12 and 4 today. Anthony called me around 1PM and said he would be here shortly and arrived about 10 minutes later. We went over the repairs needed and agreed what was to be done. He was done within the hour and did what I asked. The whole process was simple and Anthony was easy to work with. The cost of the repair was in the range with prices I found by google search.

I called Precision Doors because a spring broke on our Craftsman(Sears) garage door opener. Jesse came out the following morning (exactly when expected). He explained the issue(s) which wasn't just a broken spring (the previous owner apparently used WD40 on the rollers which is a no-no and the cables were not the correct safety cables). He was amazed that it had lasted this long without an issue. Jesse was very professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything to me. He replaced all the old hardware/rollers/cables, etc. and the door opens/closes much smoother and quieter than it had been, not to mention how much more professional it looks now!! I would highly recommend Precision Doors and particularly Jesse!!

very well run biz is my thinking. as I needed help after the recent blackout that rendered my garage door inoperable,because I was unable to reconnect the door opener to the door and couldn't manually lift the door open.I made request for service online and received telephone call from this service fairly fast and made appointment which was confirmed by email very fast also.on the afternoon of the appointment the technician assigned to me Jared Wentzel called me to give me approximate time to when he could work on my door and called me again later while driving on his way to my house.Jared quickly identified the problem and solved it but also explained what had gone wrong and educated me as to how I could deal with such problem with the particular door involved as well as with my 2nd working garage door.he was professional,respectful and pleasant in dealing with me and inspected the condition and operation of both doors then printed my bill on his mobile computer only charging me the minimum which was for the service call.I am impressed and recommend both precision door service and Jared Wentzel and will seek their help again with any problems to do with garage doors and openers
