Jesse came out today to fix my garage door opener that had broken yesterday and he was very professional, friendly and fixed my garage right up. Not going to lie, was a bit disappointed with the pricing, but I guess when your back is against the wall you need to fix it even if it does cost a bit more than you thought. Will still use them again because they come when needed and always have all tools and materials on hand to get the job done.

Hi Doug. First of all your team is very professional and courteous. Kyle showed up on time and was very attentive and respectful. Unfortunately he could not resolve the issue. After putting in new brackets and lubricating the rails the garage worked for about two hours. He did give me quotes for a new opener. I will let you know. Thanks again for trying but like I said it didn’t fix the issue.

Dan came within 24 hours and fixed my broken cables and replaced other parts. The communication was excellent with a company and with him. He is a gem. They are lucky to have him working for them. It was quick and easy. One star less for the cost. What we are held hostage when our garage door won’t open and we are at risk of it falling.

I selected Precision to solve an overhead garage door issue based on many reviews. The technician was very thorough and personable. However, after a number of conversations with the motor vendor, nothing could be found to explain the periodic problem of the door stopping on the way down. Since the door was 20 years old, I asked that the rollers be replaced, thinking that one or more may have hung up causing the problem. The technician replaced the rollers in less than 10 minutes. It's been 3 weeks now with no issues. The only reasom I didn't give 5 stars is that I thought the price charged was somewhat high.

Jesse was able to come earlier than the window of time offered (which was helpful to us). He was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. The work was completed properly. When I saw the invoice after workman left it was odd to see 100% of job cost allocated to materials and 0% to labor. I imagine the installation is built into the materials cost (not inexpensive). Happy to get job done.
