Kyle is fantastic. Very friendly and informative regarding the options available to replace my 24-year-old garage door openers. Once I decided, he undertook the project immediately and installed both openers within a couple of hours. He went through everything with me and explained how it all worked. I was a happy camper! to start with Matt came out to go over the different door options that were available to me and what works best for me. Very knowledgeable about this product. made my decision very easy. Just a slight downfall was notification to the customer of when the product was ordered and when it would be in. Malik, who came to install the door, professional, very courteous, very knowledgeable and super fast. That guy is amazing.

Garage Door was damaged... that's another story. Precision sent Isaac to repair the garage door. No way it looked like it could be fixed. Wheel was gone on one rail; the other wheel was upside down. Door was bent. It's fixed! Like new. Isaac explained the keypad and helped download a great app for controlling the door. Friendly, extremely professional. Really nice job.

Jesse has come to my home to do a rebuild and had done an outstanding job both times and is the reason I call Precision. The employees are also very helpful and go above and beyond. On May22,2017 I had a new garage door installed my installers were Dave and Miles. They did a great job. While they installed the door I asked questons they answered them all. The worked efficently . They were very nice and friendly. I would recommend Precision Doors to anyone.

I called last minute for 2 garage doors that were completely inoperable with several broken parts after purchasing my new home. Isaac was an amazing help and understood all my concerns.
