Your company is open Monday through Sunday 8am - 8pm it was 7:45pm on Saturday night and I was able to squeeze a service call in for Sunday morning. Malik called ahead to tell me when he was arriving. He arrived as scheduled and reviewed the work order and gave me an opportunity to ask questions and share any other details before starting. Malik started with the work installing the new doors and motors right away and continued until it was completed. When completed he spent some time reviewing the set up and operation of the remote pads and demonstrated the safety features. The work was neatly done and all packaging and old materials were taken away. The doors look great and operate well.

Let me say when we needed to replace our garage doors we did some research to find the best company. There were a few to choose from. We chose Precision Garage Door Service based on the vast amount of positive reviews we read. Another reason was they were local company. I must say we were not disappointed. They are extremely professional from start to finish. There business model and customer service should be commended. From the initial phone contact to set up the appointment to having their door designer Michael arriving at our residence to provide the replacement estimate to Anthony and Kyle handling the installation. Not too mention their staff that send the updates, makes the phone calls and follow up during every step. A lot of thought was put into making sure we were totally satisfied. Jesse did excellent work, but Precision did a very poor job with false advertising. Shame on companies that do this to the customer. They advertise a low price on their Valpak pricing. Then the tech arrives and does the "real pricing" which is way way above what the customer was expecting. Jesse did 4 star work, but Precision did 0 star as a company = 2 star total.
