Daniel Flores was a very professional technician and a great representative of Precision. He contacted me prior to his arrival . He investigated problem with current Garage Opener and recommended different options to resolve problem. I opted for the install of a new Garage Opener. Daniel installed a new Garage Opener and upon completion reviewed all aspects of the install with me and answered questions I asked. I would definitely recommend Daniel Flores for anyone’s Precision door needs!!

Daniel was an outstanding technician and representative for Precision. He contacted me prior to arrival. He ask questions about my garage door problem and inspected the door and opener. After review he provided me with options. I opted to have a new opener install. He gave me different models of openers and explained there differences. He installed my new opener efficiently and reviewed the install and instructed me on how to operate the unit. He was highly professional and great to work with!!

I only dealt with Brian with the repair of a snapped spring. But on reading all the reviews I totally agree with everyone's comments. Brian notified me he was on his way a little earlier and ask if that was OK. He was very Professional, Knowledgeable and courteous. He looked over the problem made suggestions and gave me options as well as what he would recommend. He gave me estimates on the different options with no pressure as to what I would like to have done. He also told me the approximate time it will take to complete the job. When he finished the repair he showed and explained all he did and how to maintain it. It was a very pleasant experience and definitely would recommend Precision.

I just used Precision for the second time and their responsiveness and service was supurb! I called on a Sunday for a potential problem and they had a technician (Tyler) at my home the following day. My motor and chain drive was failing and within 90 minutes I had a brand new unit installed that operates better than the original. Tyler was great and explained everything including loading and setting up the app on my phone. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door issues. They are fantastic!....nick c

Tech called on time and did a detailed inspection of the door and correctly IDed the problem: not a broken torsion spring (my diagnosis) but an old mechanical system needing replacement which he did in 13 degree weather in under 2 hrs!. I am very pleased and you should take great pride in your staff.

EXCELLENT on all counts!!! Appointment was scheduled quickly. Email and text updates are well designed and extremely informative. Our technician, Jared, called to let us know he was on his way. Jared was very polite and super competent. He diagnosed the issue with our garage door opener, installed the required circuit board and wall controller. After the install, the second garage door refused to cooperate! Jared again went into troubleshoot mode and solved the problem! We are very pleased with the customer service and the work performed. Jared even tweaked the alignment of the door rail. We will not hesitate to call upon Precision Garage Door Service, should the need arise in the future!!!
