I first needed Precision Door last February 2025 when they replaced a broken door with a new Genie. Last week all the power went off. I called Precision and within 2 days Anthony turned up to fix it. It turned out to be a loose connection and now works perfectly. All done with no additional charge. I’m very happy with the service and recommend Precision any time.

Service call - all that was needed was to release the piece from manual to automatic, which I had forgotten to do! Kyle was polite, accurate, offered to do a couple of other things, which when he inspected further, did not need doing or that I could easily do. I appreciate his honesty about them, and I was happy to let him get on his way.
