I was very impressed with the overall professionalism of this company. From my first telephone call to the completion of the job. The prompt service was amazing! It is unheard of these days to have a company respond immediately. Your technician,Dan was very courteous and explained everything up front and even after he finished he described what he had done. Mostly I was impressed that Dan asked if there was anything else I needed in relation to the door and how the remote worked and how I could enter the garage in case of power failure. When I had the door installed (*not by your company) I wasn't home and I was never explained any of the workings of the door. Dan went over the operation of the door and the remote. Very good job!!

I purchased 2 garage door openers from Lowes with installation. Lowes installer screwed up the installation. Isaac from Precision Garage Door Service came to the rescue. He did a great job with the installation. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Isaac in particular.

Hi Doug. First of all your team is very professional and courteous. Kyle showed up on time and was very attentive and respectful. Unfortunately he could not resolve the issue. After putting in new brackets and lubricating the rails the garage worked for about two hours. He did give me quotes for a new opener. I will let you know. Thanks again for trying but like I said it didn’t fix the issue.

Team Precision Door, I'd like to express my appreciation with the professionalism provided by Malik and Paul with this afternoon's installation of my new garage door. Today was a COLD one, 18 degrees with a wind chill of -5 at times and Malik and Paul did not miss a beat. Both are specialists at their trade, from disassembly to the build of the new door. They were polite, respectful and informative throughout the process. When the job was complete, they provided a run down of the work performed and a system check to include programing of the new remote. On top of that, they did an excellent clean up job. We badly needed to have our garage door repaired or replaced. I called a different company and they took over 2 weeks to stop by for my "free" estimate. They then mailed me a bill for $108. I called a 2nd company and scheduled a time for an estimate. They never showed up. Twice. Then I called Precision Door Services. They set up my appointment immediately and followed up with texts and emails to confirm. Every person I spoke to was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. Competitive pricing and great communication. When the day came for our installation, Isaac called with 30 minutes notice and arrived exactly on time. He went right to work and did a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier. I would absolutely recommend these guys to everyone.

Door install went ok. 2nd tech showed up hours later and a 3rd guy sat in my driveway on the cell phone most of the day, it was a manager who never introduced himself to a paying customer...RUDE. 3 of the insulation panels had kinks in them and the installation tech told me that he made a note of it and someone would get back to me to put them in....that was months ago still no body has called or showed up to replace the insulation panels. Fast to ask for the 2nd payment of the job and then they forget you if it's a warranty item. My advice if there's anything wrong with the doors when they show up after the install...dont pay the 2nd half of the payment until all work and materials are installed and see how fast then they come back. I paid 3400 for this job so I expected perfect materials as promised....next time shop around.

What a great find! Our garage door came unhinged from the rails, and it was a matter of time before this 18' door collapsed on my car. Jesse P. was sent over to save the day! He was very professional, explained to me the situation and gave me the amount of what it would cost to fix it. In addition, he suggested I change the rails on the entire garage door if I wanted to eliminate the noise. He wasn't kidding, my garage door for the past decade always sounded like Jacob Marley's chains in Charles Dicken's, A Christmas Carol. I always thought that noise was normal. Boy was I wrong! Ha! Now, my husband can come in through the garage and not wake up my 19 month old since the garage door is so silent. He upgraded me to a lift master that I can operate from my vehicle and I feel like I am up to date with the tech society. Thank you Jesse and thank you Precision for giving us such excellent service.

5 star. It was lower profile door and they had a rough time but stuck it out. Nice guys and they knew how to tweak it just right
