It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Rick Coleman this morning when he came to our home in Washingtonville, NY to assess the repairs that might be able to be done to the broken spring on one of our garage doors. Rick took the time to explain everything to me as he reviewed the situation, and then make recommendations on how our problem could be remedied. He also was very gracious about letting me call my husband and then getting on the phone and talking to him so i did not have to relay all of the information he shared. Thanks to Rick’s honesty, professionalism and consultative discussions with us both, we are looking forward to having two new garage doors installed in January. Thank you so much Rick!
