Needed professional garage door service today, so the hunt began. Looking through the website, Precision had excellent reviews, so I gave them a call. Upon his promt arrival he was nothing less than a 5 star. He was courteous, kind, thoughtful & professional. We were given different options to fit our needs. Brian did an excellent job. The name of the company Precision fits Brian personally. He is definitely an honorable & kind man. It's rare today to find a service were you actually feel comfortable & trust with that person. Precision Garage Door Service is one of the most efficient companies I have ever dealt with. From the receptionist taking calls to the technicians coming to my home, they never disappointed me. I have used this company three times over th past two years with two different technicians and it was superior service--"going beyond" to serve the customer. Once the appointment was booked, I was reminded of the appointment and received a text message when the tech was on his way. I could trace his progress in a simple link on my phone. They sent a picture of the tech and a short bio, so I had a better idea of who was going to be helping me. The tech looked over the problem and then gave me an estimate of the cost BEFORE doing any work. No haggling--it it was, as he said it would be in the beginning. I upgraded an old Liftmaster with a chain to the newer band method. I love that it is quieter than the old model as the tech had predicted. Tech was kind and polite. He listened to my questions and explained everything clearly. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various options I had, so it was easier to make a choice about the purchase. I felt glad to write a check to this company--which is something I can't say about ANY of the other services I have used over the past 15 years of owning my home. Bravo!

Precision Doors delivers a superior product with outstanding install. The technicians are all knowledgeable, professional, and selected for their talents in customer interactions. All questions were answered completely and to our satisfaction, and the craftmanship exceeded our expectations. Our installation technician, Anthony, even adjusted our existing garage door openers to mate perfectly with the new doors. He was extremely disciplined in his COVID-19 protocol adherence, wearing his mask the entire time of the visit, even when outdoors while working on the exterior of the garage doors with no else around.
