Just want to give Precision Garage a positive review for their service. Called last Saturday and they were able to get a technician out the next Saturday to replace our 10 year old Genie garage door openers (both fried after a power outage at the same time!). Luke was the tech that came out and he is excellent! Never tries to oversell and never rushes the inspection and explanation of what will be done. Fair price and excellent service. Wish more local businesses were this hassle free to work with.

Precision Door was just an all star from beginning to end. I was able to get ahold of someone in the office immediately, schedule an appointment and their technician Matt was just outstanding in his knowledge base, ability to explain the issues and options, and I was 100% satisfied with his installation. I am small business owner and I applaud their model for customer satisfaction!
