Review:

I called Precision Door because they promised same day service. Unfortunately, they were completely booked. However, because they could not come the same day, they did not charge me for the service call as stated on their website. Imagine that, a business that actually keeps its promise. Rick, the service technician could not have been more courteous or professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair, explaining what he was doing the entire time. In addition to the repair, he performed some preventive maintainance and now my garage door works as good as new. I will call Precision Door for any work that needs to be done on my garage door in the future and recommend them to my friends.
