We needed a new garage door opener installed quickly and properly - and that's exactly what we got from Charlie Baldissard at Precision. He came to our home to install the openers we had purchased and - within a couple of hours - completed the job. He was great at explaining what he was doing and why, and went about his business professionally. He did not try to sell us things we didn't need, pointing out that a lot of the existing hardware was still in good condition. We would recommend the service overall and Charlie in particular

The whole process of purchasing a new garage door and system from Mike, the salesman to speaking with staff to the installation by Mike and Julian was very easy and efficient. The team did a great job of removing the old door and installing the new one on a very cold day. They reviewed the work with us before they left. The garage area was left spotless.
