Excellent service, Great communication with there office, Service Man was excellent ( Killian ) neat & clean, Very Courteous. He install new seal on bottom of my garage door, greased and oiled all parts that need to be done. I had a garage door that would not close as its motor completely gave out after 26 years. I called the office and within an hour Luke showed up and changed out the motor. He also fixed the remote control in another garage door we have by using parts from the burned out motor....at no charge! All in all an excellent visit from Precision!

I am an existing customer and always extremely satisfied with their work. Yesterday my 26 year old garage door opener stopped working. You were able to scheduled an appointment for this morning. Luke, the Technician said that the motor needed to be replaced. He gave me the 3 options available, explaining every feature, function, etc. There was absolutely no sales pressure, only offering the best option for my needs. Luke not only replaced the motor, he inspected all the pulleys, springs, cables and other parts of both garage doors, not just the one that needed attention. Thankfully they are in great condition. We needed a new garage door opener installed quickly and properly - and that's exactly what we got from Charlie Baldissard at Precision. He came to our home to install the openers we had purchased and - within a couple of hours - completed the job. He was great at explaining what he was doing and why, and went about his business professionally. He did not try to sell us things we didn't need, pointing out that a lot of the existing hardware was still in good condition. We would recommend the service overall and Charlie in particular

Garage door stopped working and it is our main access and egress into house. Precision was able to schedule a technician fairly quickly. The entire process was great, from the frequent communications regarding confirmation, reminders and technician on the way messages! Shane was fantastic, taking the time to communicate the problem and offering several new door opener solutions. Once the door opener was selected, Shane had it up and running in under 3 hours! I called for someone to come and give me an estimate and a Precision rep was at my house 2 hrs later. Instead of an estimate I got a price which I thought was fair, and everything that would be done was fully explained. I was told 2-3 wks for installation since it had to be ordered. The installation went great and on time. Two men came and had it done in an hour and again everything was explained to me. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
