Garage door stopped working and it is our main access and egress into house. Precision was able to schedule a technician fairly quickly. The entire process was great, from the frequent communications regarding confirmation, reminders and technician on the way messages! Shane was fantastic, taking the time to communicate the problem and offering several new door opener solutions. Once the door opener was selected, Shane had it up and running in under 3 hours! I called for someone to come and give me an estimate and a Precision rep was at my house 2 hrs later. Instead of an estimate I got a price which I thought was fair, and everything that would be done was fully explained. I was told 2-3 wks for installation since it had to be ordered. The installation went great and on time. Two men came and had it done in an hour and again everything was explained to me. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

ON Nov. 31 2025 Mike a technician from Precision came to my home to fix a broken cable on my garage door. First thing he did was to inspect the door. After he explained that I had other problems that had to be fixed. I agreed with him. He then went to work. He worked fast and clean. I would recommend Precision to anyone how may have garage door problems.
