I am an existing customer and always extremely satisfied with their work. Yesterday my 26 year old garage door opener stopped working. You were able to scheduled an appointment for this morning. Luke, the Technician said that the motor needed to be replaced. He gave me the 3 options available, explaining every feature, function, etc. There was absolutely no sales pressure, only offering the best option for my needs. Luke not only replaced the motor, he inspected all the pulleys, springs, cables and other parts of both garage doors, not just the one that needed attention. Thankfully they are in great condition. Thank you again Precision for your excellent Technician and wonderful Customer Service. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone who needs garage door service, maintenance or replacement.

Appointment was easy to schedule and quick. The technician, Matthew, who came was timely and called ahead. He was very nice and professional. Explained everything well and fixed my issue quickly. He even improved my situation by programming my keypad to open both garage doors which I had not previously done. Highly recommend. Great service. Reasonable price too.

Vince D, the Service Supervisor, came to the house to do the estimate for a "new garage door and opener." He was not a salesman; he looked at the situation and gave us what WE needed. One of the first things he told us was that we didn't need the door (which two other companies had tried to sell us on). His repair/replacement of the existing door's hardware vs a new door saved us $800. He explained everything in great detail so we knew what we were buying and then spent all the time we needed after install to understand how the new door opener/remotes/keypads all operated. One of my top 3 best sales/installation experiences.
