We called Precision late Friday afternoon for an emergency repair (torsion spring snapped and our car was trapped in the garage as we could not physically open the door). We were scheduled for service on Saturday morning. The window was 10-2 and he arrived around 10:50 am. David was our technician and he was fantastic. He communicated well as to when he would arrive. He listened intently to the issue we had, carefully evaluated the problem, and offered us three levels of remedies for it. Once we chose what we wanted, he completed the work quickly and thoroughly. Overall, our emergency was remedied in a reasonable amount of time. We are very happy with the work. Many thanks for freeing my car from the garage!

Our belt broke on our lift master garage door that was quite old. Precision's tech Robert Zuniga was super professional and extremely helpful. He quickly gave me pricing options and explained the benefits and costs of each choice. He assisted with other garage door issues we were experiencing at no additional cost. He did a quick job with the new installation and removed the old equipment saving me the hassle. Precision's website gave me a feeling that it was a professional outfit. It showed that the company has seriousness to it, more meat than the meat-color. My door problems were diagnosed to be due to bad pulleys and rollers. While I accepted that but I rejected the sparse three month warranty on the installation. After discussion the company gave me the desired one year warranty. Jared was professional. Let's see how the work holds. I recommend that the company give at least one year warranty on all parts.

Everyone I have dealt with has been very professional from the salesperson who originally came to my house for the estimate, to the technicians who installed the doors, to the office staff. I had a glitch with one of the doors after installation and the response to address it was done very quickly. The Branch Manager came out and took care of it himself. Quality product and company!
