Wednesday, December 13, 2023 Brian called to give us his ETA and was right on time. Brian pulled up to our garage and at once got out of his truck and identified himself, shook my hand, introduced himself to my husband and asked how can he help us? When I showed him the garage door he said he could fix it with sincerity of eyes, eye contact and with confidence. In my heart, I thanked the True God, Jehovah, someone we could trust! My husband asked how long would the job take and to explain everything step by step and that's exactly what Brian did. Brian gave us three options, said he would fix what we asked, yet gave us his expert opinion explaining safety hazards and improvements we need to consider. When someone who knows his kraft can point out possible safety hazards and explain how to keep my family and me safe, I'm all for it. That's exactly what Brian did. Brian assured us he would fix our garage door and wouldn't leave until we were satisfied. Brian gave us a time frame and he stuck it,. Including clean up as well. Brian was very courteous, friendly, professional, helpful and neat! My husband and I are very satisfied with the professional job and quality work Brian did for us. And last but not least, I want to thank Sara and Elizabeth for promptly scheduling the job and allaying my fears and anxious care. Assuring me of Precision Garage Door expert technicians experience. The prompt texts, emails and reminders helped as well. Now, I can get some sleep tonight. Thank you Precision Garage Door Company from two happy customers. Gordon and Margie???? PS: Thank you too, John, for giving me a courtesy call letting me know Brian was delayed at another job, but that he would come!!! Now I know why. If we could give a ten star rating to Precision, we certainly would! Jesse was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and technically proficient. He explained in detail what was needed to repair our garage door cables, springs, and other mechanics. As an aside, the day before, a flying spring had crashed next to my husband. It could have resulted in a possible fatality. Jesse strongly recommended checking the equipment periodically for safety's sake. Since we will be selling our home soon, we will transfer Precision's warranty to the new owners to keep them safe. The sticker is posted under the garage door opener! Thank you Precision!
