I wish to thank Precision for sending Isaac to my home for door remote repair. He thoroughly went thru the possible causes for the problem and when that was not fruitful, he had to replace the door opener, etc.. So happy to have a new door opener after so many years. Isaac was prompt, very knowledgeable, knew his stuff and is a cleanup specialist. He is an asset to your business and much appreciated by my wife and I.
