Daniel's knowledge of your products was more than impressive it was comforting to have someone who would take the time to explain my different options and their price ranges.Daniel was more than patient with me, for I had a budget I needed to stay close to it.Well ,after going through several options we were able to work something out making the deal good for both of us.With that said, I had Daniel go ahead and install a brand new Liftmaster 6580 motor . We are repeat customers of Precision Doors. They have serviced our doors and they have replaced the motors in both of the doors. The technicians are top-notch, skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and all around the best! They give three estimates of the work that needs to be done; sometimes I take the lowest estimate and often I take the highest one because I know that the work will be 100% perfect and warrantied. Had an unexpected issue with my older garage doors. Precision came out the very next day and fixed. Discussed with me options on how I wanted it repaired as well as showed options to replace my existing doors due to age. I am impressed and very satisfied, so much so I decided to buy new garage doors to replace the 50 yr doors I currently have. The tech that came out, Daniel Flores, was an absolute rock star. I found him to be knowledgeable and personable. If this is how he handles all appointments he is the catch of the century...give that man a raise!

Precision Overhead had installed my garage door openers a few years ago, and based on the outstanding service they provided then I recently contacted them when one of the units needed repair. Again, I had an excellent experience with the company, and in particular the technician, Daniel Flores. Dan arrived just a few hours after I called, and quickly diagnosed the problem, which called for replacement of the motor head. He swapped out the unit promptly, and Precision Overhead handled the warranty issue with no input from me. Dan also was a great help in reprogramming a bunch of remotes, including the one in my car. He was courteous, friendly, patient, and very efficient – really everything you could ask for in a technician. Thanks to Dan, and to the office and other service staff at Precision, I'm totally sold on this company for all my garage door needs.

Dan did a fabulous job. I had the motorized lifts for both garage doors changed as well as the springs, all the wheels, etc. My garage doors never worked so well. Precision is expensive, but I am happy with the results. I highly recommend them and Dan.

Jesse arrived on time (early), made a point to understand what the issue was, and communicated the steps he would take to diagnose the problem. After each step, he updated to me on his findings and made his recommendation for the next step, after clearly explaining why. All in all my garage door was repaired and up and running quickly. He helped me reprogram my WIFI enabled garage door too. He was friendly, courteous, and professional.
