I would like to say that my experience using Precision Garage Door was more than pleasurable.From my original phone call to Precision to the meeting of your technician Daniel Flores my experience could not of been more pleasant . Daniel's knowledge of your products was more than impressive it was comforting to have someone who would take the time to explain my different options and their price ranges.Daniel was more than patient with me, for I had a budget I needed to stay close to it.Well ,after going through several options we were able to work something out making the deal good for both of us.With that said, I had Daniel go ahead and install a brand new Liftmaster 6580 motor . I will say that I will highly recommend PRECISION Garage Door to all my friends and family in the future and you should be very glad you have such an exemplary employee working for you with Daniel Flores. Precision Overhead had installed my garage door openers a few years ago, and based on the outstanding service they provided then I recently contacted them when one of the units needed repair. Again, I had an excellent experience with the company, and in particular the technician, Daniel Flores. Dan arrived just a few hours after I called, and quickly diagnosed the problem, which called for replacement of the motor head. He swapped out the unit promptly, and Precision Overhead handled the warranty issue with no input from me. Dan also was a great help in reprogramming a bunch of remotes, including the one in my car. He was courteous, friendly, patient, and very efficient – really everything you could ask for in a technician. Thanks to Dan, and to the office and other service staff at Precision, I'm totally sold on this company for all my garage door needs.

I called Precision Garage Door Service to replace a bottom door seal. Jesse Peligri was the technician for my job. He called and arrived early and quickly assessed my situation. He was friendly, very knowledgable and honest and clearly explained everything in a way that made it easy for me to make the best decision. (I chose to change the springs and cables and lubricate everything in addition to the bottom seal replacement.). After seeing that the bottom track was damaged by all the winter salt they use here, Jesse explained that he would probably have to special order the part needed for the bottom door seal. After he checked his truck, he found the exact part in the correct size for my door!!! After cutting it to size, he then installed the new track and bottom seal in under a minute! Jesse is a superb technician and came with all the supplies to do whatever was needed. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door without reservation. Their efficiency, fair pricing and excellent communication make it very easy to get done exactly what you want.
