Exceptional, professional, friendly service. Garage door opener stopped working on Saturday evening. Easily booked appointment online for next day even on Sunday. Tech, Matt L. went all over parts including disassembling motor unit to make sure he could identity problem. Ultimately had to replace unit. Was very thorough in assembling new system and servicing door hardware. When he finished door operated better than it ever had. Thank you Matt and Precision Door.

Isaac was friendly, fast, and fully skilled. He installed a new garage door opening system on his first visit (love those fully stocked trucks!). He explained everything well. He went above and beyond and helped reduce some squeaks on the old door. Great service.

Garage door spring broke on a Saturday and called Precision based on Angie’s List. Customer service representative was able to schedule an appointment for Sunday. Jared showed up on time on and inspected the garage door. Based on his recommendation and age of the garage door, we had the garage door rebuilt. Jared was professional and did a great job in replacing all necessary parts and ensured that all it worked perfectly. I definitely recommend Precision.
