I recently had my garage door serviced by Dan Flores and I’m extremely pleased with the experience. Dan was professional, informative, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He quickly diagnosed and addressed the issues with my loud garage door opener and its components, explaining everything in detail so I understood what was being done. In addition to fixing the noise problem, he performed a thorough general service on the entire system. Dan did a fabulous job. I had the motorized lifts for both garage doors changed as well as the springs, all the wheels, etc. My garage doors never worked so well. Precision is expensive, but I am happy with the results. I highly recommend them and Dan.

Exceptional, professional, friendly service. Garage door opener stopped working on Saturday evening. Easily booked appointment online for next day even on Sunday. Tech, Matt L. went all over parts including disassembling motor unit to make sure he could identity problem. Ultimately had to replace unit. Was very thorough in assembling new system and servicing door hardware. When he finished door operated better than it ever had. Thank you Matt and Precision Door.

Garage door spring broke on a Saturday and called Precision based on Angie’s List. Customer service representative was able to schedule an appointment for Sunday. Jared showed up on time on and inspected the garage door. Based on his recommendation and age of the garage door, we had the garage door rebuilt. Jared was professional and did a great job in replacing all necessary parts and ensured that all it worked perfectly. I definitely recommend Precision.
