Kyle was great. Started to troubleshoot the issues we were having with our door opener before even trying to sell me a new one. Explained all the issues and went over all our options. Ended up going with a new opener since ours was way past its prime. Kyle was quick and efficient and very professional. Highly recommend!

Technician name Brian was AMAZING !!! When he arrived he introduced himself and the company in a very friendly manner with hand shake. I felt very comfortable with him working on our garage door. He told me how much and how much time he needed to check the garage door and the different options. He is very knowledgeable and worked efficiently. Kyle is awesome. He did his best to troubleshoot the old motor that came with the house. When we saw it had to be replaced, he helped choose a new one that worked for our budget. He stayed to install it the same day and greased the entire system.

Luke Stachura and helper Chris did a fantastic job today! Not only did they arrive early (basically unheard-of these days), but they were attentive and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions (and I had quite a few!) and walked through my options in a non-pressured way. I am also super impressed with Precision’s services that were “ancillary” to today’s visit—prompt, frequent, informative texts confirming my appointment and tracking technician arrival time, and quick connection to a human being when I called (just yesterday!) to make an appointment.
