Service Tech Matt did an excellent job installing my new Genie garage door opener. Matt explained my options on which Genie opener would be best for me. He installed in no time and explained all the components and key pad operations. All questions were fully explained. I was very happy with his work.

Jessie got here at the beginning of the 4 hour window. He noticed a few safety issues right off the bat. He gave me a breakdown of what could be done, I went for it all, I trust him. Making an appointment was an easy process- and since it was “an emergency “ I am grateful they were able to accommodate me quickly. Our technician, Luke , arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue we were having with the garage opener. He was very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the opener and was courteous and professional throughout. He was very helpful too in setting up our vehicles with the garage door remote access . Vince DiGerolamo did a rebuild on my garage door. I was very happy with the service. Vincent called to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time, explained the work needed and various options. Vincent also noticed and repaired damage to my door that I had not noticed myself. I felt the pricing was fair, and I would be happy to call on Precision again for service in the future.
